Yup, I've been seeing 60+ trips before I get any tips lately. Not really complaining, but that's kind of wild 😳 Adrian with all kinds of consistency lately 👏
ETA had a video where he was on, like, the 30th floor of a building and the window at the end of the hall would OPEN! Now, THAT is crazy. If I stuck my head out that window I’d have to either jump OR fall to the floor and belly-crawl back to the elevator
I'd still tip. I worked in food service for the first 13 years of my employment, I understand how important tipping is. Currently I'm unemployed, disabled, make very little money online doing surveys, testing out products, playing games etc. and I still tip on my Walmart+ orders and the rare food delivery order I might get.
New York City people are just tipped out in the tired of paying extra fees on top of fees. like me I still do but I was delivery person myself so I know the struggle
@@adrianmcpherson2618 the way I see it is food hot it’s on time you’re gonna get a five dollar tip if it’s a far trip you’re gonna get 7 to 10 and that’s only after you deliver to me not before.. when I delivered pizzas back in a day for the restaurant and the diner. I got tipped after never before.
The thing I hate the most is when the customer rushes you to get to them. Restaurants are not fast all the time, and distance and safety take time, plus Uber will give extra orders while you are on an order, which makes the time longer. And you have to lock up your bike. I'm not going to rush to get in your building with my bike unlocked in NYC. I had 2 normal bikes stolen in this state I will not lose a $2000 ebike for $10 worth of food because you want it quick.
Had a delivery driver start off at a gas station, waited 30 minutes to pickup my order and then went back to the gas station. I texted him asking if everything was okay and he responded that he needed gas. GTFOH he was trying to rack up that time and distance. No one wants cold ahh tacos Robert
It piss me off if people spend $100 or more on food and don’t want to tip their driver that’s is why Uber should start charging customer gratuity and is not only nyc but they should do it in every market
I had a pickle order Tuesday a batch one going to Soho the other going to Williamsburg like wtf and you tip a $ first customer wasn't home and couldn't go upstairs so doorman calling no answer mark picked up then went to other customer to go to Brooklyn told first lady i can't drop anything because i got nothing idk what im picking up she signed and i left 2nd customer i said tip better than a $1 for your high end clothing
it's fucking disgusting, nobody tips. i even work sometimes on long island in wealthy areas when i can get a shift in nyc and they aren't tipping either.
10:06 these people that live in Manhattan think because they get a little bit of money they want to treat others like shit😂they act like we don’t know😂 makes me laugh every time like God will humble you
I always try to beat the guarantee. Plus, even if i don't, i'd still rather have more money upfront then waiting for the boost to hit lol
We think alike

F ETA HE'S AN ASSHOLE !! I asked him about Tips and Tricks for UberEATS and he was rude and disrespectful to me
5:43 I know I do feel that way… I’m like tips are nice 👍 but Uber/dash is paying if it takes longer 😂
Facts I don't mind waiting long for an order at the restaurant that active time paying me good on doordash
Keep up the great work bruh mane 💯💪🏾🕺🏽

Only reason I still tip after the minimum wage law is because I’m also a delivery driver lol

Easy stop ordering from those gig apps and pick up your food yourself
I did a large order and it was $300. And the fees were $100. Yeah Ill just pick it up myself
People who spend $100 they don’t tip their driver I think Uber should charge them gratuity

I go at my own speed. I’ll get there when I get there
We were living in good times with Gig apps in nyc
To think just a year ago $25/hr was a average day for me
It was good pre pandemic and during covid itself

@@starkilla6499 lmao bro was also probably waiting for a double order
thats cause uber eats was prob. giving the driver 4$ or less to deliver your food even tho they charge you 15$ in fees lol

I’d buy a t-shirt that said “put a BATTERY on that shit”

How many hours do you get with Uber, I only am allowed 5 hours is there a way to get more hours with Uber in your experience ?
Do over 250 deliveries in a month with low cancel rate

I’m bout to try that out with them 😈
At least we’re paid for wait time now.
These days I’m not doing walkups, not risking injury for no tip. Come down and get your food.
Paying wait time is the best feature I can’t even lie.
