Sorry to hear that. It can take some time to adjust to the new feelings and sensations that surgery brings. We have gotten pretty good at knee and hip surgery, but it is still traumatic to the surrounding tissue. Hope you start getting some better sleep soon. Thanks for sharing!
Healing takes a lot out of the body. Resting is also a great time for your body to repair itself. Get your rest and take the time you need to recover. Just make sure you do plenty of stretching when you have the time to keep things from getting too stiff.
Hi, have a plan total knee replacement. I'm concerned about what type of mattress right now. My mattress is totally flat and sinks a little in the middle if you have any suggestions. Thank you.

I have lower back pain when sleeping in bed. Most comfortable in recliner, but getting tired of recliner
Sometimes the bed might not be the right firmness for your body.

Sorry to hear that. There’s no best position for everybody. However, I suggest you stick with the one that works best for you.
