@@Pajamas.Tepanek probably the most efficient way to grind out xp granted you have enough wood/steel. for 3 wood/steel you can build two shelves after scrapping the first, and you can build unlimited shelves in the same spot, meaning you can build them as fast as you can press the button, and scrap them almost as quickly.
if you grab a vault-tec lab coat on your way out of 111 and have 10 int you can boost up your level very quickly in sanctuary, then do the same in red rocket and starlight drive in. you can pretty much get 10-12 levels in the first 30 minutes of the game.

For those that care. At 10:06 when Cooke goes in a state of aggro it is because Nelson was in the holding and when you start Cooke'S quest his relationship statues with nelson is changed to enemy's to were he will kill on sight. Nelson then is teleported to the drug deal area once the quest starts so with Nelson in the pub when you start the quest coke will get made because the relationship status changes first then nelson is teleported. Just a fun fact

You can also find a duffel-bag on one of the rooftops in Sanctuary. It's a top the house that has the collapsed tree trunk leaning against it. Has some pretty good stuff usually.

this was going to be a fist only build, I tried to make it as clear as possible to those that voted that it was an unarmed weapon build. The 24hr stream went really well
minus a few errors on my end, but it's definetly something I want to do more in the future. I suffered the loss of losing 7 hours of footage while making this one, probably

With the dlc's a lot if this would be changed. I'm doing a melee build and on top of no cap rage, two pieces of rad powered armor, and the solar powered perk my strength is usually 20. Also why no blitz?

Fallout 4 OP Stealth Build
Just a tip, if you go for idiot savant then you’ll have to factor in that the intelligence can be relocated since more intelligence makes it less likely that the perk will activate.
Never sleep on Idiot Savant.
Having 1 INT with Idiot Savant rank 2 yields an XP gain of 151%, which is the equivalent of having 17 INT total. Anything higher than 1 INT becomes diminishing returns up until you have 10 INT which is where your XP gain begins to skyrocket once again. If you manage to get 16 INT or higher you have a disgusting amount of XP to gain and a 1% chance of getting x5 times the XP from any action.
I had a character that had 3 INT at the start and maxed out INT to 11 after level 60 (10 INT base + INT Bobblehead). After maxing out INT, I popped some Berry Mentats (16 INT), wear 5 pieces of Sharp legendary armor (21 INT) and get the Lover's Embrace (15% more XP) and the amount of XP I was getting was so high that leveling up in the late game was incredibly easily.
