Thanks so much for the analysis of medications that work. Any suggestions on how to distinguish what type of pots a person has between hyperadrenergic, hypovolomic or nueropathic? Any thoughts on best mood stabilizers to try during the grieving process of the diagnosis and lifestyle changes?

@Sarah Turnbull I have severe cervical instability in c0-c1 and also C5. I'm really wondering if this has contributed to my dysautonomia or anyone else have neck issues? My neck is constantly traumatizing vital nerves. My arms and hands are not reliable to consistently use.

Is it possible that pots could be off set by coving 19 ? And is it possible that 80-100 breaths per minute may be linked to pots. It only slows down while being horizontal while sleeping or laying down.
Is chest pain while taking deep breath aalo a possible symptom ? Would appreciate a reply.

An increased HR and breathing can be linked to POTS, and so can some chest pain, however, chest pain specific to deep breaths can be linked to many other illnesses. If you began these symptoms after having COVID, you should see your PCP as soon as possible. COVID can also cause something called Post COVID syndrome and also COVID pneumonia, so you should be seen by a doctor. Please don't try and diagnose this yourself. Best of luck.
