- This walk in Glen Etive takes in the three Munros of Ben Starav, Beinn nan Aighenan & Glas Bheinn Mhor. A terrific weather day with broken skies and a moderate breeze.
All the tops were clear for as far as you could see, just superb.
We did these three at the weekend past Sat 3rd June and it was roasting. Fantastic day out. Thanks for sharing this and bringing back good memories

Enjoyed this, Charlie. It's a good few decades since I last was up Ben Starav, so it was good to see it again, and the superb views from the summit. Not much snow left now !!
Hi Ian, The glen isn't in great condition at the moment with all the ongoing water works but the tops certainly make up for it once you get to height. A cool breeze but the winter is over and things slowly heating up. Cheers, Charlie.

@@charliemccartney7055 I did the Fan Dance route in the Brecon Beacon’s on Tuesday last . 24k it was tough , very tough . Hot day carrying 35lbs pack .

Lovely video again Charlie, I loved Ben Starav when I did it along with GBM. Still to do the one at the back. You got great conditions Charlie and that was a dramatic Sky at the end of your walk.

Did starav and GBM about 15 years ago. Walk out from gbm wasn’t great. Should’ve done the 3rd one while I was there

I’m enjoying your videos! I notice the majority are recorded in spring (like this one) or the fall. Why not summer? Is there a reason I’m not considering?
Hi Mark, No reason as our walking is an all year activity for us. Weather and family commitments are the main reason for gaps in your walking log. Cheers, Charlie.

Another cracking day Charlie. I did Starav for my 100th munro last Oct and really enjoyed it apart from that walk out from Glas Bheinn Mhor - it seemed never ending down along the stream. Have to go back to do Beinn nan Aighenan, how long is the walk from the Col and back? Look forward to ur next outing
Hi Selwyn, You should be under 2hrs getting back to the col. There is a good path all the way and you could travel light up to the summit. Cheers, Charlie.
