Thanks for mentioning Lee Aaron! I went to Amazon to see what the cover songs were & recognized all but 4 of them from the names. Since there's an Alice Cooper cover, I have to get it! 🕷🕸 Suppose I should get Beasto Blanco for the same reason, but while I've seen videos of them live and liked some songs, others have been too heavy for my tastes. Amazon also had a Lee Aaron holiday album called Almost Christmas. I love Christmas rock! 🎅🎸 If she's still the Metal Queen, I probably would like that.
LOL Yeah, some cover songs from LA I knew... but not much! (I think 6 i knew so 5 I didnt) I enjoyed Beasto Blanco enough to go and purchase another one of their albums :) I enjoy christmas albums too, but she only released it on CD so i wont get it... :(
Great show guys! I have the Saxon, Judas Priest, Accept, and the BOC releases. Your short review on the new BOC is spot on. A few good songs. Nice to see Honeymoon Suite putting out new music. Cheers!
Hehehe! Yeah, I was a little TOO excited to get some new BOC and when I heard it I was like... "ok.. good... not great..." oh well... :) Still happy to get some new product from them!
@@offthecharts2272 I heard beforehand it wasn't that hot but I love their music and The Symbol Remains was excellent so I had to pick it up. To be fair, some of it has grown on me a little and if I make another BOC mix CD, I will put a track or two from Ghost Stories on it.
I will probably show that " Gems ' album in a future episode. Good to see J-money the golfing pro. I listened to some of that Ghost live album today, sounds great. Not a bad year at all so far for releases.
