I am not a makeup wearer so it has been interesting watching you apply yours. I think that I am too lazy to apply it, and I hate the feel on my skin. You looked pretty before you started and pretty when you finished. Thanks for sharing, Laurie
Same girl same! I over plucked my brows too 😂 silly 90’s lol. I joke with my younger friends don’t worry at 44 my eyebrows haven’t disappeared completely, now they are just coming out of my chin 😂! Love the tutorial. Your makeup looks fabulous ❤😊
"The great overplucking of 1996" ... hilarious as usual. I've told all my friends that "Karen taught me" how to apply my under eye cover with a brush rather than my fingers ... and now they all do it too! (So much easier on that delicate under eye skin.) Thank you!
I love the setting lotion tip. Will give that a try. Makeup looks fresh and natural. Have a great week. Had my Brooke Shields eyebrows plucked when I was 15 at a slumber party. They never grew back anything but fuzz. Don't get me started.
Sisters from another mister. 😂 O yes, mine too. I plucked them in my early teen years and ruined them! But hey they are unique like me! 😅 I love your makeup - so fresh. I need to get into blush. I never use it because I´m so bad at it. I look like a clown then. 🤡 Love from Germany ❤
Here’s a tip for your eyebrows: coconut oil on them every night, and they will start growing back before you know it. I had over plucked eyebrows that wouldn’t grow back either. I started doing the coconut oil, and now I have full thick brows again.
@@Mamakooka Yes!! It worked really well. I also put it on my hairline now on my forehead to try to help keep it from receding at all. I know women's hairlines don't usually recede as bad as men's but I figure it can't hurt.
Such a great look on you! Ooh, I have that setting spray somewhere I need to try it as a primer! I don't have a bronzer I use on my eyes but do love a reddish brown shade to sculpt the eyes as well.
Hi Karen really lovely especially the eye shadow it is a gorgeous warm colour my problem is under eye dark circles they are really bad so I end up with creasing I haven’t found a concealer that works yet for me.
That’s such shame! It’s so hard to find a concealer isn’t it? I’m super picky and only like about 4 😂 I have to set my concealer no matter which one I use because I have fine lines under my eyes, so setting either with this loose powder or my Charlotte tilbury powder helps reduce the creasing
Yes! You look fabulous 💜. Now I live in the USA so the brands will be different. But the type of product I will look for. I’m so excited to see more products and how to use them for my 60 year old face. 💜Heather
I like the Laura mercier translucent powder as well it’s a classic. I like a natural look too.. I think a little cream highlighter on the cheeks looks really pretty too. Great choices there, they look great on you 🌸💖

Same! I am not a make up wear either, but I find it fascinating to watch. And I agree that she looks just as beautiful before and after. 🩷🩷🩷

I’ll just never get the finish you do Karen, but I’ll keep trying! 😍

@@bonnieodonnell6183 I just purchased whatever brand they had at my local grocery store. :)
Great share, Karen. Interesting that you have Irish brands, one of which I'm using at the moment too. Thanks, great video.
Thanks Karen! Lots of good points. You look fab! How did you decide on the shade of foundation?

@@Lovelygirliebits thanks for the reply Karen 😊
Karen, you have gorgeous skin, no wrinkles or frown marks and for a so-called "mature" skin it's absolutely fantastic, and so are you😊
I love Sculpted by Aimee thanks for introducing me to their foundation.😊
And you do look fantastic!! 👍😁
Oh thank you!

I’m closer to 50 than I am to 40 😂🙈 I definitely feel younger than that though 😂
