Priscilla has a narcissistic personalty .She was no wife, mother or grandmother . She lived for only herself. Sad she waited until all their deaths to trash talk about them. Graceland will not survive if she is buried there
She was 14 when Elvis made advances towards her and kept in contact. You're putting your own opinions into a child's mind. I wouldn't be surprised if she was affected by her husband's infidelity and those men competing for his affection.
I may be wrong but I believe Priscilla tried to walk back her line in the book about Elvis forcing himself on her. However, I've grown weary of everything Priscilla has said about Elvis both good and bad. The amount of money she's made off of being the only woman Elvis married is almost ridiculous and contradicts her sentiment of wanting to protect his legacy because she loved him. Other women in his life, Ann Margret & Linda Thompson specifically, have told their stories without vilifying him for having flaws or exploiting their connection to him for money which a lot of people who knew him have done no matter how tenuous their connection to him.

Priscilla has always had a love/hate relationship with Elvis. She wanted a traditional marriage with a loyal husband, children and a flower garden but she wasn't realistic. She makes no sense how she seems like she upholds the estate and his legacy but then bashes him in her book. It's like she's trying to get even with him, somehow. Now she has this new biopic coming out (even though her movie adaption was done already in the 80's) and she is fighting with her own granddaughter over the estate. She's 78. She needs to take what she has and go away. The fans are loyal to him, not her.

What part of she was married to Elvis Presley THE biggest star of music as well as movies in the 1950s & 60s…what part of this is who she married did she not understand. I always think of rock star Ozzy Osborne and his wife of many many years Sharon, who never broke up and Sharon did say in interviews that she was burnt out on all his philandering and yet…..she did not leave him. Priscilla didn't want a traditional family and a flower garden. Priscilla was named after a moviestar and mother Ann wanted her to become famous. Stepdad Paul was very interested in Elvis' financial affairs. Priscilla, at a young age, was promiscuous before moving to Graceland and after the marriage. In between Priscilla was monogamous because cheating on Elvis, while living in Graceland, would have sabotaged Priscilla's longterm goal: becoming mrs. Presley and then leave the "buffoon" (Priscilla's qualification) with a lucrative settlement. Priscilla's lovers were chosen for their looks and not for their character or achievements. Priscilla also was not a nurturing mother. She left Lisa Marie in the care of nannies, boarding school, Scientology members and live-in lovers while Priscilla was promoting herself in the outside world. Lisa Marie, after Elvis' death, was a very sad and lonely child.
We will never know the truth these guys lived off Elvis.

Surely, I am not the only who disbelieves the "I got pregnant on the wedding night." That would be what I could see how Elvis was forced into the marriage.

Good point! Priscilla's complaints about Elvis' sexual unwillingness or impotence serve as an excuse for her extramarital affairs with two married men. Maybe Elvis knew about her affairs, starting weeks after Lisa Marie's birth, from the very beginning. There must have been a reason why he told people in Las Vegas that his bad marriage made him look better and told Joyce and Barbara L. that he was headed for a divorce.

According to Mike Stone, he was invited back stage in 1971. Priscilla, as told by the Sweet Inspirations, said "Hands off. He's mine". This is when their affair started.
They were being forced by her parents and the Colonel but, she also claimed in a u tube interview that she told him he either married her OR she would go to the media about their living arrangements and it would ruin his career. I don’t believe Priscilla was virgin in my opinion, she was partying with the soldiers long before Elvis came in the picture and I believe she was looking for a good catch back then!

I admired Priscilla for the success of Graceland but changed my mind after I learned that Witchilla sided with mean Michael Lockwood against Lisa Marie during all the divorce lawsuits. Then I learned that Priscilla, who pretends to be succesfull on her own, has, since Elvis' death, received money out of the Presley-estate without Lisa Marie's knowledge. Lisa Marie found out in 2018 during the lawsuit against Barry Siegel, co-trustee of the Elvis-estate, who paid Priscilla yearly(!) $900.000,-- out of Lisa Marie's inheritage. Priscilla stole from her own daughter! No wonder Lisa Marie called Priscilla and Michael vultures. Lisa Marie and Priscilla were not on speaking terms when Lisa Marie died, but you expect a mother to mourn her only daughter. I don't get the impression Priscilla did. Her behaviour is not that of a heartbroken mother. On the contrary.

They would only allow Priscila to go to Memphis only if Elvis married her. He did cry before the wedding. But being the gentleman he was raised to be he kept his promise to her parents and married her. Priscilla cheated on Elvis FIRST with Elvis's karate instructor Mike Stone. Plus at 14 she slept her way up the latter to get to meet Elvis while in Germany. She was not this innocent girl everyone is perceiving. Her divorce from Elvis he stopped touring for over 7 years. Then he did the satellite concert that was shown all over world. I have never liked Priscilla because I saw how she treated him. While having an affair one night when Priscilla was making love to her suitor Elvis had called her on the phone and she put the receiver next to her to make Elvis hear her love making. Now that is SICK!! What kind of woman does that? And I am sick and tired of everyone thinking she's is this sweet innocent person who cheated on The King of Rock and Roll. You're a woman and you don't even know the gestation period. It starts at the time of a woman's last period, and lasts around 37 weeks. They had Lisa Marie nine months to the day of their marriage. That's a full nine months. She probably got pregnant on their wedding night.

If Pris had her way and kept Parker who knows what would have happened. Her writing that book was just as bad as the bodyguards, for money.

Thanks for all the dates, but Ginger dated Elvis from November 1976 till his death. He proposed to Ginger on January 26th, 1977. Elvis dated a lot of beautiful and good women but, sadly, short-legged Priscilla was not one of them. The biggest mistake of elvis
Elvis and Priscilla's relationship didn't have it easy at all. The reason, I say this is because it's true, their coming together and marriage was something which was forced. Mainly, the marriage was forced on Elvis by Elvis's manager Colonel Parker and by Priscilla's father, who wanted Elvis to do right by his daughter. I think if the relationship hadn't been forced, there might have been a different future for Elvis and Priscilla, instead of a parting of ways just after a few years of marriage. I do think Elvis and Priscilla did love each other a great deal, but that the love started to die, after only a few years of them being together. They both found out that they were different people, and as different people, they had different needs. The one thing that kept them close, despite their divorce was their daughter Lisa Marie, who was the best thing to come out of their marriage. If the marriage was a sham, the one constant thing they both could hold on to, was daughter Lisa Marie.

He just wasn't the marrying kind. But, it's true, he was pressured into marrying her. It's where the mistake of their relationship came into play. The destructive force that eventually killed their relationship. Elvis had no choice in the situation, because it was either marry her, or you would lose her. He didn't want to lose her, so he married her, which wasn't the best decision.

I seem to think that Priscilla was pregnant too, look at her big flowing wedding dress, it didn't even fit her right. I''m not saying he didn't love Priscilla, but she wasn't the love of his life, if she had been. They would've fought tooth and nail to save their marriage. Priscilla left Elvis in 1972, to be with another man, and then moved on with her life from that point. Elvis was left behind, to struggle with the fall-out from his sham marriage, and to pick up the pieces of his life and move forward. If Elvis was Priscilla's only love, she wouldn't have left him for another man, and she wouldn't have had other loves after Elvis. In my opinion, Elvis never met his one true love, and went to his grave not having one in his life.

Elvis proposed in December...many say he had a lot of pressures form Priscilla's stepfather and the Colonel because Priscilla was 21 years old and she had been living at Graceland for years. The "agreements" were that sooner or later he would have regulated their relationship after so many years. Elvis at that time was also very frustrated professionally and therefore restless. I think the Colonel on the one hand feared the reaction of Priscilla's relatives if he hadn't decided to marry her (they could ruin his career by telling the press about their story) , on the other hand perhaps he thought marriage could give Elvis some stability. At that point he couldn't back down. Even Priscilla remained surprised from the proposal at that moment, because he had always been vague about marriage.
