The placement of the circuit breaker was so unnecessary. Right where the TV placement is expected to be. I don’t know why they didn’t just build out detached units instead of duplex because they had more than enough space.
I will take a detached unit over semi detached any day….

And this is why I will not spend a cent on housing in Jamaica. If I show you what I can get for $100K usd in other Caribbean countries and in Africa
The prices are out of this world and keeps going up. It’s way much cheaper if you build from scratch and the other problem is that land is hard to get and the ones available are super expensive.
@@BrownBossJaTours I hear that. I bought a 50ft X 100ft plot in Kenya, 1 hour from the beach for $1200USD. I love Jamaica, I just does not make economical sense for me
