I have been a hunter/fisherman/outdoorsman most of my life and was curious as to how these animals were actually harvested. A touchy subject for some but not for me.
my grandfather Guitano Mazzaugoffo. brought Prozuitt into my life . but spanish hams are even more prized . i wish he were here and he and i could try each one with some of his wifes bread! oh my God and some fontanela with lambrusco. .and fresh tomato and E v oil .he would say to my mother " a salute a !
Am I the only one who got offended seeing them shuffle salt onto the meat which is the same salt they are stepping on with their sneakers? Hell naw bruh. Can never trust mass production, I swear! I know one of them went into the restroom & took a piss with the same sneakers on.
@@awwwyeaboyeeee Have you ever worked with human beings inside of any food service? People do stupid things ALL THE TIME EVERYWHERE....especially in cultures where the honor system no longer lives. These mistakes happen even in Japan, where the honor system remains as surely as anyone can buy beer & cigarettes in the vending machines yet children dont. No such luxury could be afforded in the urbanized western world. Your presumption is hopeful but insanely negligent when spoken during a pandemic that was caused by the very elements of insane negligence & carelessness. You have people today who think a piece of cloth protects them from airborne disease just as you have people working with food who think the gloves they are wearing are to protect their hands from the food hence theyll touch handles, cash registers, & money WITH THE SAME GLOVES & then go back to preparing your food. They might even get upset with you for pointing it out & asking them to put on new gloves(its happened to me plenty of times). Please dont act like you arent aware of the state of mankind...this is the generation of people who wash hands & then touch the same door handle they know people who dont wash their hands touch to leave the public restroom.
@@QuabmasM I'm as cynical about the state of mankind as anyone. But this isn't your average meat packing facility. Iberico is a small-scale, super premium product. High quality control. You're saying that at this one step in this highly-structured, care-taking process they're just going to be like aw screw it who cares? It doesn't make any sense.
They look so yummy.
I was wondering where the rest of the pig went other than the hocks. So spiced salted dry aged salami and sausages. Nice.

Well if you know.. then you know. I'm only guessing that those shoes aren't worn anywhere else.
I’m sure their shoes aren’t worn outside of the building. They’re not stupid.
