Well idk, my Asus rog Strix mobo left posting, it was heating cpu at all and then I tried putting wd-40 all over it.. it came back, it's been 4hrs i'm usin' the pc.. but the core voltage is 3.1volts and cpu fans are spinnin' so fast..
should i follow the same steps with a ryzen 9 7900x? Also, with overclocking in my experience, I shouldnt go straight to the highest boost speed or ill get blue screen. If i do it slowly and increase the speed gradually after running benchmarks i wont get blue screen.
I have this mobo and the 7900x with a 7900xt gpu. Can you tell me if I should and if so how to disable the integrated graphics card in BioS or if I should just do it in device manager

Be careful with 1.4V on the SOC. I’m boosting to 5.75Ghz on the 7900x with 1.25V VDDRSOC. Good video!

Blue Screens means it is unstable OC. Same steps for any CPU you want to use. Thanks for watching and the comment.

I have ROG strix b650e-e and 7950x3d. I want using this CPU 5ghz safely but my bios settings not have cpu ratio setting
