This girl is rocking. During my teenage years I'd become ashamed of my hair. My mom had relaxed hair. My big sister had relaxed hair. I saw all these European girls at my school and envied their long and straight hair. I hated being African because I couldn't have hair like theirs. At that time I thought I couldn't do anything with my hair except style it in a bun. Later, I saw many African girls showing their natural hair on the internet, and they were beautiful. From there, I started searching about natural hair and how to take care of them. And a year ago I finally stopped relaxing my hair and it was the best decision of my life. I love my hair texture, my hair is way more healthy now. I'm in love with it and I will never relax my hair again for sure.

Thank you Lucile, I have really struggled with how I identify myself because of my thick, coarse, 4c hair. However people like you remind me of how beautiful African hair is and I'm embracing it more than before

Very sad that we have to blend in the society because of our hair.
Thank God she is doing alright and know that she is beautiful with her African Hair.
And I hope this helps many other women struggling every day with this sad thing that even have to be an issue.

Any natural hairs are beautiful as long as they are neat. Artificial hairs will never be an equal substitute of natural hairs. Fake is fake. Be proud (of what nature (God) has given you

I tend to admire people with natural hairs. Possibly because my mom doesn't wear fake hairs. It boggles my mind when women spend thousands of dollars on fake hairs. We can all see; it is not your hairs!!!

yes it is true because everything that has life grows upward ; also notice that no other people can wear our crown continuously no matter how much seed mixing.
