I was hoping to get tips on how to reveal the port on my Current bike battery. Ones shown don’t match my bike.

the charging port is towards the top of the battery on the underside of the bike. There is a rubber cap on it.

I trust that my Current from last year is very safe, but is the note about UL Certification only for new bikes?

Hello, Are there any negative effects to battery life if I top-off the battery when it's only about two bars down from full after a short ride? Thanks!

Hi there, some research shows that letting it run down lower and charging it to 80% leads to the longest life. I wouldn't re-fill it after a short ride if you knew you'd have enough for your next ride. I prefer letting it get comfortably low before recharging. Just don't get stranded!

All types and models of extension cords available in the United States must be approved by UL. Isn't it a paradox that you challenge the safety of UL-certified extension cords while claiming your e-bikes are safe because they are UL certified???
Let's be 100% clear: an UL-certified extension cord that meets or exceeds the e-bike charger’s power load won't cause any additional safety concerns or negative effects.
