The effectiveness of the trolling seemed to double when high so that's why there's all these coffeeshops.

I was thinking the same thing. If that makes any sense?? There’s one classic Russian sound she kept using - it’s like...if you said the English word “glee”? Where the tongue goes to make the sounds? Yes, that Polish sounded like russian, the accent should be more plain and fulfilled with those ś,ć,ę,ą endings, yanno those "shus" sounds. Anyways great video, more of that please.
Fun fact: 87% or so of Dutch people also speak English, and so 91% of dutch people are bilingual according to research. Also, lots of dutch people speak either German, French or both.
@Kenura Medagedara Since when are all immigrants non-white? Why do Europeans think everything is about race smh. Sorry but as an ESL kid I can tell you learning English was a struggle.
+E. Groeg exactly, that bit bothered me so much (more than it should cause this is supposed to be a silly video :P) because it was way off and not even funny cause it sounded nothing like turkish and a lot like arabic. after that i wonder if she even listened to the languages before making this video cause i'm still wondering what she might have listened to to make her think turkish has that 'harsh' h sound???
I'm astonished. I think the fact that she's speaking gibberish makes it even more amazing. If she would speak the actual languages she could read out actual sentences but she's MAKING UP sounds JUST LIKE THAT that sound like the actual language. Like I could never do that that must be a talent
Wow its crazy how many people (in the comments) don't understand that she's speaking gibberish. The part she's doing in different languages is the accent.
Love her corky personality and she has a good ear when it comes to what languages sound like to those who don't speak them. Nothing racist about it at all, I wish I knew how to speak and understand more languages than I already do. Looking to see more fun videos from her in the future.
I have heard your language and it sounds way sweeter than these Finnish, Swedish and Danish languages which are a mixture of English, Russian, Spanish, Arabic, French, Turkish and even Chinese and Japanese, lmao.
Lannareth Listen to Finnish, they use a lot of " tala pala kala". The sounds which you hear a lot in Japanese. Listen to Swedish, they have copied lots of English words, in this case the sounds too. And then listen to Danish, you hear sounds like "gh gh gh" which sounds 110% French! Plus you hear sounds like "ding dong ting tong" in Danish which are nothing less than Chinese. At last, I wont recommend you to listen Norwegian, coz you're gonna throw up :P P.S: I speak them all, so I'm confident in what I say.
the polish one didn't really sound like your everyday polish person but I don't know, I lived in the very South of Poland for 7 years not anywhere else
I lost it at the Arabic part 😂😂😂😂😂😂 It was so damn good I speak Arabic and she actually kinda made a phrase that doesn't make any sense but that I find really funny and cute♥😂
ChinaLake100 no but I notice that Australians "candid" like you tube videos or documentaries have a different accents than the ones on Australian-made TV shows and movies that are available for people around the world (like Americans) to watch
Exactly. Not only the accent is TERRIBLY off but her pronunciation of “l” is even worse I think, as Polish is the only Slavic language where “dark l” doesn’t exist and yet she made it the most extreme version of Russian lol
@Marissa • >it’s not supposed to sound like the language >I agree it sounds like Russian xD I’M ONLY TALKING ABOUT ACCENT AND L PRONUNCIATION. What’s so hard to understand? She made a terrible Polish impression. Get over it.
@Marissa • and no there wasn’t any Polish accent at any point in this video. There were 2 Russian accents - the first one under the name “Polish” and the second under “Russian”.
@@cagedtyrant6270 So you are hating on a random person just because she couldn't pronounce a fraction of your language it's not even her expertise. What are you gonna do next ? take her to a penitentiary ?.
Do you guys not get what she's doing? She's not trying to speak most of those languages, she's simply sounding like what all foreigners think that language sounds like; and she's really good at that. I'm tired of seeing everybody comment on how she's not actually saying anything in a certain language.
+ Brian Leonard + Sara Leoni +your_friendly_nextdoor_otaku Nope, it's not the point. The accent was NOT Polish. It was Eastern Slavic (Belorussian, Rusyn, Ukrainian, Russian). It didn't sound nowhere near Lechitic and it's not about whether you speak it natively or not.

Soooooo..Polish sounds exactly like Russian? O.o they're both slavic languages but the accent is not the same and here it sounds like both languages are exactly the same.
Polish is much less melodic than Czech or Russian, and there's less... well, how to describe it... chin movements and 'glides' as in Russian/Ukrainian :D She hasn't managed to do it well, though. In terms of pronunciation and harshness the closest Slavic languages are imho Slovenian and Serbian.
The Chinese one had too many "sh's" and I always felt like they spoke with more vowels if that makes sense I used to take Mandarin and I already forgot all of it
I speak Chinese English French and Spanish and for the other 3 (5?) i can clearly see which language it’s supposed to be but her mock Chinese... honestly sounds nothing like Chinese
What the heck is wrong with you people!? She is not making a joke of anybodys language, and speaks gibberish on purpose. And to those of you sayin' it doesn't sound like the real language, guess what, to a non-native speaker of that particular language, it sounds just like on this video!! Aivan loistavaa settiä vedät!! Itsekin kiinnostunut tästä samasta aiheesta joten ihan fiiliksissä kuuntelen sun siansaksaa :D Tsemppiä jatkoon sulle!!
Because it is your native language you don´t know how it sounds to foreigners. I met many polish people and heard them talk (I understand russian and german). For me polish sounds exactly like she demonstrated. Does russian and german sound for you like that?
I'm Polish and in my opinion her polish wasn't that great. I live in the UK and I think her English, Scottish and Irish was pretty good, but I couldn't relate to Polish at all. I'm not talking about understanding words, just the accent. Kinda disappointed with this video, thought the other one was better.
Bob Bergmann I'm Polish too but I'd also say that for anyone it shouldn't sound like Polish. Our language isn't so... soft. Her Polish was more like Ukrainian.
I am from Czech republic, living near the Polish border and I understand the language pretty well. Her gig doesn't sound Polish at all, even as to stranger ;) More like Ukrainian or so.
Everyone in Finland has to learn finnish, swedish and english in school because swedish is the second language of Finland and english... it's just like a global language and yes, i am 13 year old person from Finland writing this and a lot of people in Finland actually speak fluent english (:
I'm 17 and I speak 3 languages somehow fluently and learning Spanish at the moment ... but there's no way I could imitate the languages like she does... Good job
Sagaam Lots of the smaller european countries do that :) It would be nice if the bigger countries would do this too. In holland, you have to learn english from 10-16 at least, usually more. And everyone gets at least 1 year of german and 1 year of french. Belgium has also 4 languages but with a lot more years for all 4 then the netherlands. Because in belgium all public documents and publications has to be published in 4 languages by law.
The "Polish" gibberish doesn't sound Polish... you put far too much eastern accentuation and dragging in it. if I heard that in Poland I'd just assume it was one of those Russians/Belarussians/Ukrainians who keep swarming our malls. It's very difficult to get right... I remember an entertainer on a cruise a dozen years ago who did this exact same act of immitating the sound of various languages in gibberish... he nailed everything but Polish, lol. Anyway, all others sound great though! :)
Yeah, it does sound like some sort of dialect but you can still make out that it's supposed to be German. Though, Bavarian sounds a little different in my opinion.
Apparently "What languages sounds like to me," was not clear enough, people still get pissed about the fact that it doesn't sound like that to them. Really people? I didn't know we all had the same ears
Hahah Turkish is not even relatively close!! I'd advise you to not read Turkish like Arabic, our language is simpler and sounds more like Latin. Oh and we don't really make any tone change while speaking. Awesome video thou, keep it up!

nienke huijbens I'm Dutch as well and it shocked me at first but then she said: Dutch I admire you. and let's face it Dutch is a tough language to learn, specially the bloody grammar xD
Ouriel Azra i don't really know what admire means..so yeah it shocked me xD
Why don't you two guys talk in Dutch :P
YOOOOOOO THE HEBREW WAS SO ON POINT!
I actually know Hebrew, but when I stop paying attention that is what it sounds like. It isn't my first language, it takes a bit to understand native speakers.
מגניב
מזעזע אם כך אנו נשמעים, כמו ערבית.
No it wasnt lol. It sounded more like arabic😅
Yeah, Dutch is hard. I live in the Netherlands and I always give this advice: sound like you're choking.
Omg me tooo
haha I live in Belgium (first language French) I started learning Dutch when I was 6 (12 years ago) and English when I was 14 and I speak better in English than in Dutch !! XD
Caskett 4ever I live in Belgium (first language Dutch) and have spoken Dutch all my life, but my English is waaay better (started learning it 6 years ago)!!
when you understand the phonetic, phonological and morphological systems of multiple languages
This is really good! I'm half Russian and the Russian accent was so accurate!! But Turkish does not sound like that (I speak Turkish), she made it sound Arabic, Turkish doesn't have the sounds she put in... but still a really cool video! :D
hahahaha your Polish is so funny cuz it doesn't even close to Polish language :D it sounds more like Russian :D
Shit I though I was the only one I didn't even hear one Slavic word and didn't understand her since I'm Czech I should understand little polish
+Armando Santos no, you're not the only one because not a single polish word was spoken :P
+Armando Santos she is doing gibberish in different languages so its not supposed to be actual words:)
+Armando Santos she was speaking gibberish didn't you watch the end
+Armando Santos your'e write, these are similar lenguages (i;m from Poland) ;)
Yes, that Polish sounded like russian, the accent should be more plain and fulfilled with those ś,ć,ę,ą endings, yanno those "shus" sounds. Anyways great video, more of that please.
It wasn’t actual polish cause I’m polish but it’s fine lol
Julia Sagan it’s not meant to be actual polish. It’s supposed to sound like it which it doesn’t it sounds more like Russian.
Cool
Thats how u sohnd like to foreigners.
Fun fact: 87% or so of Dutch people also speak English, and so 91% of dutch people are bilingual according to research. Also, lots of dutch people speak either German, French or both.
Fun fact: 90% of immigrants in USA are multilingual but I guess that's not impressive because they're poor.
More fun fact: there are more bilingual people in the world than monolingual people.
@@milenad.k.2238 96% of dutch immigrants are bilingual.
@@GamePhysics yes, but that doesn't mean a percentage of 91% that low.
@Kenura Medagedara Since when are all immigrants non-white? Why do Europeans think everything is about race smh.
Sorry but as an ESL kid I can tell you learning English was a struggle.
I'm Scottish and honestly that was really good
SAME KACAI

Emma L wuts with the caps?

Heh

It is not Turkish, it is not even gibberish. it is freakin mutated-arabic ^^
Exactly
yeah thats totally what I was thinkin while watchin'
The part she's doing in different languages is the accent.
exactly jajajaja it is what it sounds like, not that she's speaking the languages.. omg, this world... smh
Even better!!! I love these videos, your so talented girl :)
hi nadine?!
Love her corky personality and she has a good ear when it comes to what languages sound like to those who don't speak them. Nothing racist about it at all, I wish I knew how to speak and understand more languages than I already do. Looking to see more fun videos from her in the future.
very interesting ..msgs
Well said, fully agreed.
Ireland has their own language, I'd love to see you do a gaeilge impression
Same
I agree
Also the Scottish was so bad
I was waiting for her to speak dutch lmao, i'm acually disapointed my language is so hard for foreigners to speak
Haha, me too, but Dutch is really hard for foreigners
Yeah me too, I wish she just tried once. It sounds a lot like German and she did that so why not Dutch.
Ik ook!
Ik ben alleen aan het kijken omdat ze tering lekker is. doei
Ik dacht hetzelfde😂
Hahahaha! You killed me at the end!!! x)
I was like eating and I heard "Dutch is cancer" and I was shocked :O
But then you said you admire me, so everything was alright ;)
Dutch btw!
it´s hard i dont know what you are saying..
I have heard your language and it sounds way sweeter than these Finnish, Swedish and Danish languages which are a mixture of English, Russian, Spanish, Arabic, French, Turkish and even Chinese and Japanese, lmao.
haha :)
AfGun0111 I'm sorry what?
Lannareth Listen to Finnish, they use a lot of " tala pala kala". The sounds which you hear a lot in Japanese. Listen to Swedish, they have copied lots of English words, in this case the sounds too. And then listen to Danish, you hear sounds like "gh gh gh" which sounds 110% French! Plus you hear sounds like "ding dong ting tong" in Danish which are nothing less than Chinese. At last, I wont recommend you to listen Norwegian, coz you're gonna throw up :P
P.S: I speak them all, so I'm confident in what I say.
the polish one didn't really sound like your everyday polish person but I don't know, I lived in the very South of Poland for 7 years not anywhere else
Polish sounded like shhhhhh....shhshs....shs.......shhhhhhhhhhh
gobo study POLISH SOUNDS LIKE SHSHSHSH SHSH SHSHSHSHSh
Polish is all shshshs ssssssshhhhhhhh shshshhhhsssh, but what se signs as polish sounds more like russian, polish is different

The banana part had me in hysterics at the end of the video xD
In proper Turkish, we don't have that 'throat vocal' but anyway, you're very talented and beautiful :)
I lost it at the Arabic part 😂😂😂😂😂😂
It was so damn good
I speak Arabic and she actually kinda made a phrase that doesn't make any sense but that I find really funny and cute♥😂
What was it?
FINALLY SOMEONE POINTS OUT THAT THERE'S AN AUSTRALIAN ENGLISH ACCENT
+Makas People have been denying it?
ChinaLake100 no but I notice that Australians "candid" like you tube videos or documentaries have a different accents than the ones on Australian-made TV shows and movies that are available for people around the world (like Americans) to watch
Er... erm... what?!
+Mak@5 that's so true ahaha I'm Australia and the accents on tvs sound nothing like my friends and I aha
This is the funniest thing I've seen on RUclips for a long while! :-)
More!

Gabriel Shammas
Yup.
***** It's okay. We'll be alone together.
My boyfriend is Polish and I live in a polish neighborhood. So I hear Polish everyday. That definitely didn’t sound like Polish lol.
Exactly. Not only the accent is TERRIBLY off but her pronunciation of “l” is even worse I think, as Polish is the only Slavic language where “dark l” doesn’t exist and yet she made it the most extreme version of Russian lol
@Marissa • ?
@Marissa •
>it’s not supposed to sound like the language
>I agree it sounds like Russian
xD
I’M ONLY TALKING ABOUT ACCENT AND L PRONUNCIATION.
The polish one didn't sound anything like polish.
Tenna_ Martyna yeah I know cause it's what a foreigner thinks.
Exactly
That's the point
+ Brian Leonard + Sara Leoni +your_friendly_nextdoor_otaku
Nope, it's not the point. The accent was NOT Polish. It was Eastern Slavic (Belorussian, Rusyn, Ukrainian, Russian). It didn't sound nowhere near Lechitic and it's not about whether you speak it natively or not.
I'm all FOR some good humor, ie. smart humor OR silly humor provided that it's moderately acceptable- but she's just a thickhead who instead of diving into the beautiful world of languages, decided to make fun of people with her bigoted views consisting only of superficial stereotypes. You can make fun of people all you want, NOT with their cultures. That only looks pathetic. Don't give credit to morons like this is all I can say.
Your interest in languages makes you 10x more attractive.
Uhh... what I mean to say is, that, you're very pretty and talented. And I totally mean that in a casual, nonchalant way. Heh, yeah. Not walking into that sort of mess again.

Hi
Hi
"Only speak 3 languages fluently."
"only"
Well it is quite common in Finland for 90s kids and younger since they have had internet. I also speak Swedish, Finnish, English and a bit of german.
lol1993lol meanwhile in the US we are told that we should be proud to be able to speak a quarter of spanish..., then people wonder why our children seem to be sub-par on a global scale...
that banana crack was perfect
Respect, I saw the first one, someone sent a link and now I got this. By the way, loved the ending. Keep doing it - it put a great smile on my face...
Hittepåord i rätt ljud låter trovärdigt ändå :)
Polish really sounded like Russian💜
King Seaton Can you not?
King Seaton yes! its not polish! maybe only she think It is
yes. Polish is not polish hahah i'm so sad
Her Polish sounds like Russian for Polish people.
Dokładnie tak. She's great but Polish was not Polish AT ALL, it was simply Russian.Or Ukrainian.
That sure as hell wasn't polish, she used russian for both.
I'm polish and the polish one sounded nothing like polish 0.0
Amelia Swiderska
I'm polish too and you're right ;)
Polish is similar, so is slovakian.
The Chinese one had too many "sh's" and I always felt like they spoke with more vowels if that makes sense
I used to take Mandarin and I already forgot all of it
nahh the 'shh's are spot on, but she makes it sound too southeast asian
Naoko Marie she also spoke kind of an Indian accent or something. It was very weird.
It doesnt sound chinese but its still cool😂
I speak Chinese English French and Spanish and for the other 3 (5?) i can clearly see which language it’s supposed to be but her mock Chinese... honestly sounds nothing like Chinese
Hebrew sounds nothing like that the only word i noticed were "ashahim" which mean "testicles" lol
It sounded like a softer version of Arabic. It didn't sound anything like hebrew Haha..great video though.
It's her dirty unconscious mind! tsk tsk
Read the title of the video again.
lmfao
agreed... it sounds nothing like that
lol i was almost crying
you hebrew was just the mix of the words "shabbat" and "man balls"
This is probably how the Sims language was created
It’s so cool that you included Australian English in this video, to be honest it’s probably what we sound like to foreigners 😂
omg the ending!!! the ending is amazing.
I know Dutch isn't easy but it isn't cancer, it's actualy a very intresting languages. Lange leve het Nederlands!
I was like "oh she forgot my language, maybe in a future video?" and then she said she hated Dutch :(

@@jimby_vokk3110 you've never tried it, it's not that bad D:
No way girl, you're cute but I'm from Poland and POLISH sounds NOTHING like what you did here :) just nothing
Because it is your native language you don´t know how it sounds to foreigners. I met many polish people and heard them talk (I understand russian and german). For me polish sounds exactly like she demonstrated. Does russian and german sound for you like that?
Bob Bergmann Im Polish and yes russian and german for me sound exactly like she demonstarted.
Bob for you polish and russian is similar ? Like here
I'm Polish and in my opinion her polish wasn't that great. I live in the UK and I think her English, Scottish and Irish was pretty good, but I couldn't relate to Polish at all. I'm not talking about understanding words, just the accent.
Kinda disappointed with this video, thought the other one was better.
Bob Bergmann
I'm Polish too but I'd also say that for anyone it shouldn't sound like Polish. Our language isn't so... soft. Her Polish was more like Ukrainian.
I am from Czech republic, living near the Polish border and I understand the language pretty well. Her gig doesn't sound Polish at all, even as to stranger ;) More like Ukrainian or so.
bahahaha the end of this video was perfect
I would say that Chinese was not even close, then again, the rest sounded real. I guess the content of this video really do reflect the title.
I would really like to learn “something exotic”
"I _only_ speak 3 languages fluently..."
Americans died.
as did the french :)
Wojciech Sawicki ITS GIBBERISH
Iris Freddie Pewds MJ Goth YES I KNOW. Please read carefully. I'm talking about the overall sound and accentuation.
Wojciech Sawicki kill me
Iris Freddie Pewds MJ Goth what? O_o

Omg your German actually sounded really accurate!
Sounds more like some sort of dialect. Bavarian maybe?
Yeah, it does sound like some sort of dialect but you can still make out that it's supposed to be German. Though, Bavarian sounds a little different in my opinion.
+Vanessa Vitecek Something about toilets but the village moron lol. I'm from Leipzig and I think the dialect sounds normal.

Omg that ending though! #sobbingfromlaughter
Apparently "What languages sounds like to me," was not clear enough, people still get pissed about the fact that it doesn't sound like that to them. Really people? I didn't know we all had the same ears
Are people deaf or something like she explains that it's all gibberish she's not actually trying to speak the languages.
I speak German and that gave me anxiety because my family talks like that and expects me to answer
Polish is way different, but thanks for trying to read all the "sz,cz, sz,cz,rz"
Well, the video title is "What Languages Sound Like To FOREIGNERS" :)
Sounds great to me - that's what it sounds like to me when I hear Polish people speak
Muttley accent is russian /ukrainian, no way near Polish
that ending just earned you a sub XD
Hahah Turkish is not even relatively close!! I'd advise you to not read Turkish like Arabic, our language is simpler and sounds more like Latin. Oh and we don't really make any tone change while speaking. Awesome video thou, keep it up!
the only thing that i understood is 5 kişi :) and maybe there is a dürüm :)
