Tip to take slat off with 1 hand... hold the slat from up high and push it gently so that it glides straight up (it's a small/ slight motion) and then slide it off to the side

I dont type i got the chain and rope type but the chain will not turn

Nice try but I can't access the hook at the end of the wand because there is plastic holding it in place ... and covering up the hook.
Hi. Thanks for commenting! It sounds like you are having trouble removing the wand, is that right? Sometimes the plastic ring that attaches to the wand tilt mechanism has to be pushed in and moved to the side to navigate out and unhook. Sometimes there is a plastic piece around the circumference of the wand where it attaches to the wand tilt mechanism. Do either of those sound like what you are running into?
