From my brief looking into this. No one was killed. There wasn't a female involved. I was entertained, bottom line.

Not a shot was fired and the mission was carried out perfectly. Mostly because attacking the Island of Fernando Poo openly would have made Spain to enter the War. Not that Spain would have changed the outcome of the war, but Britain could have lost Gibraltar very easily and that would have closed the Med to the Royal Navy for quite some time. Thus, no attacks on Rommel's convoys and no Operation Torch.
Your excuse why this mission is secret, is way better than in this absurd movie! I would've watch with pleasure the original story with actors looking like the original persons. As action and entertainment this move is still good.
