You go to fast. When you start doing the letter R I wish you talked about what you were doing for the click left or right while you were doing it instead of going fast through. And it looks like your clicking in the middle of the R. This was supposed to be a tutorial not a race to get the job done.

What did you click after the closed shapes to get it loooking satin?
it would help if there were more color contrast between thread and background. If this is for beginners, it needs more clarity.
