Awesome Romero! Can you give a little more detail about the overlapping or do you have a video explaining about the overlapping? Really enjoyed watching this unfold. Beautiful!
Yes, I usually like to give about 1-1.5 mm of overlap. Here where my fill stitches are curving, i’ll give it a bit more overlap by increasing the distance of the white area (making it wider). I’ll touch on overlapping in my next video, thank you for the question.
Nice great videos new subscriber one question what’s the best or the right threads for brother machine to make embroidery patches or witch one do you recommend ?
Thank you for the question. Since this design has curved overlaps i’ll bump the overlap to about 1.5mm. In regular straight designs i’ll overlap about 1-1.2mm
does the end product works with any machine?! or is it for Wilcom machines only?! (if such a thing even exists, sorry i just stumbled upon your video and not im interested )
Watching how you design is so informative even in a short design like this... Thank you for taking time out to help us learn the process..
Thank you!

Thanks for the info and file! Appreciate what you’re doing!!!!
great video like always... I noticed your column b snapping to a curve instead of the sharp polygon points, was there a keystroke that did that?
Yes, I right click for a curve turn. Left click for a straight turn.
@@RomeroThreads thanks so much! so funny, I never actually tried that, LOL - been doing it the hard way!
You were measuring to make sure your overlap was enough for push/pull….. how much overlap is needed?
Thank you for the question. Since this design has curved overlaps i’ll bump the overlap to about 1.5mm. In regular straight designs i’ll overlap about 1-1.2mm

does wilcom software works of any embroidery machine?
Yes, Wilcom will export it to the file type for your machine. Most machines use a dst or pes file. But it has options for many more.
