    Devon said that when John does sparring sessions or seminars like these, he always makes the room feel like they are the best armwrestlers ever. He doesn't care if he gets pinned in workouts, as long as he's getting a workout.

    John is so far ahead of the next armwrestler in terms of greatness, it's not even close, yet so humble. Throughout his career he didn't train, didn't warm up, didn't do recovery and he ate a shitty diet. Imagine if he tried as hard as Michael Todd does.

    • @nvmffs
      @nvmffs 3 года назад +1

      Disagree. He was not humble vs M. Todd and also Cyplenkov is greater in that he's the most successful armwrestler both arms combined.

    • @hitmanarmwrestling1762
      @hitmanarmwrestling1762 3 года назад +2

      He did train, hard table time once a week, working angles and pressures, then used the week to rest up so he could pull as hard the next week, it's a smart way to train for longetivity in my opinion, rather than.getting opened up all the time when training.

It never fails that you will find some way to put the guy down, or downplay his accomplishments in just about every video that John appears in. lol.
