Travis always says "set grip" when he means "referee's grip". WAL and King Of The Table (at times) are about the only ones that use the superior set grip.
Travis should write a book about armwrestling. But it’s got to be well made. Not some cheap quickly written money grab.
Hmmm, acutally I do the opposite. I keep pronation pronated almost to the point I can't pronate more. Than I backpressure and pronate with my body!! This works very well in the traps...
