And it will degrade the wood, break down the fibers, cause damage, and probably not the look that you want for your business. But if you're not interested in repeat business, there's definitely short cuts you can take.

Probably not, it's not intended to kill organics, but it does a great job removing dirt, grime, and other pollutants.
