I'd always swipe the bucket back and forth to knock the pile in front down to save the drag rope. Lots of folks say not to do that but if it comes handy, just get out of my way. They'd stroke out if they'd seen some of the stuff I had to do and the places I went. And with what! Thanks, Ronan!
I was always told to let the bucket go back slightly on the pull cable when lifting so that the ground breaks up and you avoid bumps in front of the crane
@@cc_machinery RIGHT! Not pull everything up into your lap but deal with it while you still had room to do so. I had NO training on any of it. My 1st day I watched the other operator run the 22-B (clam bucket) for a while. He stopped and asked me if I'd figured out what did what and I said 'I think so'. He said 'Well, here you go' and bailed out and I bailed in and that was that. Trying to figure out a free swing and swatting the boom all over the sky. Driving a concrete truck for the first time was the same way. 'Well, you're not going to learn no younger so get in it and go on; they're waiting on you'. Had never even LOOKED in the cab or opened the door on it. The story of my life pretty much.

Beautifukl very rare machine
Yes it is definitely a unique machine
👍тоже на драглайн!
Allemachtig wat een onhandige manier . Shovel of bulldozer werkt 10 x efficiënter .
Efficiëntie is het laatste doel van dit evenement😅
@@cc_machinery Dan snap ik het . Thanks .
