Question. Would my surgeon be able to do bulbous surgery on me? My rhinoplasty will be due to medical reasons and my surgeon said that he would be performing a septoplasty as well as a rhinoplasty (During consultation) because I have a bump on my nose bridge. Would it be likely that he would try to make my tip look more visually pleasing as well as my nose overall because it is crooked as well, or would he just focus on doing the septoplasty and rhinoplasty? If he were to fix my tip as well would it then be considered cosmetic surgery?
Maybe he has the same problem that Wendy Williams has or maybe it's just who he is and that should not matter as he's brilliant and making bank by the sound of it😂

How do you know if the tip of the nose is thick skin or cartilage?
If your pores are visible then you have thick skin
You can feel it, if you stick your fingers inside your nose. At least I can.
