Starke und kühle Architektur, großzügige Räume, schöne Aufteilung. Das Design erinnert an moderne Schweizer Villen, dort wurde in der jüngeren Vergangenheit ebenfalls viel mit Sichtbeton als Designelement gearbeitet. Das Innendesign und die Möbel passen gut zum Stil des Hauses. Die Lage ist sehr schön und den Preis finde ich angemessen. Eure Präsentation war wie immer sehr professionell und kurzweilig. Besten Dank für die interessante Immobilie!

13:08 Not gonna lie, all I was thinking about that all these glass windows, 3 sides cantilevered room, must be a furnace in there with the sun shining, plus the constant need to clean all these glass windows ... I think walls were invented for a reason, but that's just me.
We've spent so many hours in the house, so we can confirm the following: 90% of the double glazed windows face direct sunlight only for approx 3 hrs a day then the sun is above them. And also since concrete has one of the highest thermal masses out of any construction material and since the airconditioning ducts are placed right into the concrete, this keeps the house cool in summer and warm in winter. And you must remember that Marbella stays between 15-35 degrees for 95% of the year so no real impact! 😀

Every now and then you guys bring out an absolute jem, this is for sure one of them. I absolutely love this home, so elegant and understated, with pure class interiors and clean architecture, I can imagine being so serene living in it. Question though does the price include furniture and fittings? I loved all the Copper bathroom fittings too. well done for sure

Maybe it doesn't for you, but it surely will for someone 😄🙌 once you spent longer time in the house you start to understand the effortless flow of the layout, making it very comfortable. But again, that's just the opinion of us 😉

@@TheMarobrothers Wir leben derzeit etwa auf 920 Metern Höhe im Bereich der Sierra Espuna. Das ist etwa 1 Stunde nach Cartagena Mazzaron. Eine große Villa mit Pool und 8000 Qm Grund. Ein sehr schöner allerdings abgeschiedener Ort. Schaut vorbei, wenn Ihr möchtet 😉

Beautiful villa guys, loving the ‘open plan’ concept, however, @7:20 I prefer to have a poo in private but nice to see the architect has put a ‘can’t see my face straining’ when ......‘I’m dropping the kids off at the swimming pool!’ 🤣😉

It's a unique home with special character, which we love. Ofc it's not for everyone. Luckily we have soooo many copy paste homes here, 4x4 white boxes for those who love the save side of life 😆

while i think this house is stunning and inspirational for our own villa, this could turn into a nightmare in X amount of years due to the way its positioned, the slope and the pillars.

Really love it, the place, the passive/open architecture and also the interior. However, I'm not a big fan of the industrial looking concrete: makes me feel like being in a garage or basement (_shivering_)
Surely isn't for everyone 😋 but if you like the brutal appearance, as we do, this Home is fabulous ✨️
No corredoors, structurally hopless during an earthquake or tornadoe and therefore would be against the building code of countries such as nz

@@TheMarobrothers The kitchen is the first place is not the size or level of a house this price. The outdoors are rather small in my opinion. The finishes as well. It’s a house in concrete with, as far as I can see, little high quality/fancy finishes. Just my opinion.

Nice home inside but I’ve never liked these homes that look more like an office block, concrete is never a good look unless smooth and painted.
The most confusing floor plan I've ever seen. Nice house though.
What's confusing about it ? 3 bedrooms upstairs, living and kitchen area on the main floor and two guest bedrooms in the basement 😄 it couldn't be easier 😋

While I like that architects try to keep innovating, these types of homes just dont do it for me. There's absolutely no cozyness to be seen/felt. I would not be able to feel at peace when living in these homes..
