@@Susan-fj8en When you buy a home in Europe, you need to pay taxes to the notary which is about 10% across Europe. i call them 'bandits' as in thieves. So for a home of 4 million, another 400000 is wasted on taxes, just like that. Now, 4 million for a house in Europe is a lot of money but it all depends on the region. Marbella is one of the most expensive places in Spain.

Previous property house tour, MAROBROTHERS was shown as what I m requested. Tunnel to dump dirty clothes straight way to laundry room. Same goes to food elevator from wet kitchen to dinning area, electric blind, motorized sliding door ( pocket sliding door ) electronically control for lighting...etc. But to educate to followers, its, i believed very useful for extra knowledge that will shown by MAROBROTHERS..

Amazing location, excellent architecture but the interior design especially in the bedrooms could have been better, but then again for this asking price this is understandable . Unfortunately the house is too close to the road, so the gradient would be too steep. You could install a car lift if you had the funds.

This is my favorite house you've shown so far. The views are stunning and the house itself is a 10. The basement lends itself to all kinds of possibilities, game room, fitness center, home theatre, etc. I'm in Seattle on business this weekend, where it is a miserable, gloomy 8 C and just want to jump on a plane and head to Marbella. Can't wait for things to get back to normal and we can travel without worry. BTW, with a two car carport, I still didn't see your MB, haha.

I have a question for you..I've noticed that the majority of the villas by the coast are decorated in white with hints of wood and or marble..with occasional black thrown in..but what do you think of using colour in coastal homes? The trend now here in Marbella is to go for the minimalistic look, clean neutral colors. Also, it’s a trend that suits most buyers, that’s why they don’t decorate it with many colors, as that would make it much more individual.
