Guys you have to get chicken salt on your chips not plan salt... and you need a burger with the lot on it so you see what a good hot mess pineapple and beetroot makes a burger. You need to try a cheese and bacon pie and a curry pie from a bakery
So good to see a young couple enjoying and exploring Oz. You'll have to make a few more trips back here to see what this country really offers. Love Tia's infectious smile. Keep doing what you're doing and loving life. Safe travels 😊😊
Love watching you two explore our beautiful island. Fun fact: if you visit a different beach every day here, it would take you over 30 years to see them all.
Hey guys, Australia is my country! If you need any suggestions for the East Coast I’m from Sydney so feel free to ask if you have any questions or want any suggestions! Hope you’re loving Australia 😁🎉
5:27 Cents get bigger with value, and dollars get smaller. The dollars ($1 & $2) are gold rather than silver to help distinguish when mixed together. The size changes (including notes which are different sizes and colours) help the visually impaired.
You need to go to sugar loaf rock, coffee at white elephant cafe and see the sting rays at Hamelin Bay. If you are heading down to south coast elephant rocks and greens pool are a must. Plus beaches around Albany and Esperance. Btw love following your journey.
If you are still in the MR area I would suggest you pay Hamelin Bay a visit. If you get there around lunch you will see sting rays come to shore for a feed. You can walk into calf deep water and touch them. Also, as you go around the coast I would recommend that you visit Walpole. The Valley of the Giants is a must, and you hire a canoe and paddle up the Frankland River. The banks of the river are lined with massive tingle trees. I would also give Albany a look. It's a cute town with an amazing coast. The walk around the windmills is fee (great coast line) and the gap and natural bridge is well worth a look.
Love that you guys are enjoying SW WA and appreciate the Karri forest, coastlines and nature in general. Most West Aussies will have a special place in their heart for those forests. Its really cool hearing your thoughts as Canadians! You guys are awesome. P.S. watch out for snakes in the coastal scrub with sandles on. Dugites and tiger snakes mostly. Also make sure to check out the whales across the Nullabor and have some oysters in Ceduna on the other side.
There are a bunch of great caves there, but I think you chose the best one :) Not sure if anyone has warned you, but be careful if you are driving near sunset in that area - kangaroos tend to be active and jump across roads
Loved how you said this would be the last beach you show for a couple of episodes. The beaches are amazing so you might not be able to help yourself from showing more. Have fun on the road trip! Looks like you are having an awesome time.
Glad your enjoying our beautiful weather ☀️ hope you get to see the Valley of the Giants and our tallest tree, bet you will love the climb to the top 🔝 Walpole has a tree top walk you may love too… keep on keeping on and enjoy 😊🦘🇦🇺
Agree with the chicken salt…you need that on your chips! Definitely agree with the no shoes on sand here…too for walking that I learnt from watching way too many surf lifesaving events on TV…go toe first into the sand and try walking on someone else’s footprints cos they’ve compacting the sand down already 😊 One of the most beautiful beaches I’ve been to is Hyams beach on the south coast of NSW…white sand and blue water…as they say in the adverts sand so clean it squeaks 😊
I love Margs (I’m in Perth) Pemberton is nice too and Walpole and Denmark, luckily it’s not too cold with it being autumn it gets pretty cold down there. Enjoy your travels
Australia are the coasts and the beaches ,mate , most of the big cities are located around the coasts , while the northern territory are the outbacks , Alice Springs , i am so glad to see dynamic duo blessed with lovely warm aussie weather
I'm from Perth and I gotta say you guys are ticking all the right boxes with all the places you a choosing to go too. I have stayed at Flinders Bay holiday Park many times. It's my favourite place.
A suggestion for DIY coffee on the road, a lot of caravan parks will have a camp kitchen with a kettle (or make friends with a fellow camper with a camp stove), and a French press is pretty cheap (really really cheap at op shops) and supermarkets have good ground coffee. I buy whatever is on special ('cause I'm a cheapskate) - Vittoria is reliably good. For instant coffee Moccona is good too.
Great so see the Mighty Mazda is purring along. I hope I have not cursed it! I have never been to the parts of Australia you are exploring. Thanks. Mike in East Oz
Lovely video thanks. As a point of etiquette (etiquette in Oz?) you can't eat chips without sauce (ketchup). But they charge heaps for a little sachet so get a bottle from the supermarket. While you're in there, an inexpensive feed is a roast chook. But a roast chook from a proper charcoal chicken place is much tastier but a bit more $. Avoid spud salad here at all costs, it can't hold a candle to US potato salad.
Love the edit of Cheveyo picking up the lemon & cut to Tia's hand, had to rewind the video as I thought Cheveyo was sporting some nice new nails. Glad you're enjoying our great country & yes, it can be bloody expensive.
@@OnePackWanderers you guys are killing me at the moment. My wife & I are currently visiting Japan and every place we go she wants one of your signature low angle videos of us walking past camera holding hands. Plus of course 'Tia for scale shots' or in our case Yoshi for scale 🤣
Glad you guys are wearing the sunscreen. I'm a middle aged carpenter who is a born and bred Queenslander. It's never really fun but at least it doesn't cost anything apart from any medication needed. The sun over here is a bit hectic with high cases of people needing similar treatments. Also dehydration is something to be careful of. But you guys already take sensible precautions.
