I know its late but it could also just be the fact that sound is slow (compared to light) so there may be a slight, varying delay the further back in the crowd it goes to when the sound reaches them and when their clap reaches back to the stage.

@@badger5921 Spot on, that's exactly the reason. Go back several decades and big concerts would have one PA system at the stage and there would be a very noticeable delay in the sound reaching the audience at the back of the venue. Today thankfully most stadium venues use multiple satellite speaker setups dotted around to ensure that everyone in the audience more or less 'hears' the sound in real time and can clap along in time accordingly.
Whats amazing to me is that they Get the crowd to enjoy the moment. Look at how everyone just enjoyes the song and nobody have their phones up. Wow

"Radioactive" has so many great moments! Here Imagine Dragons really show how they know music, timing and drama. Songs like this come up like every 10 years, maybe even less. Not a lot songs can be compared to "Radioactive". Also great "Who are you?" from The Who.

I will never forget watching this and getting so hyped up and excited...THEN immediately after this electrifying performance, there was a county singer singing a slow song. I think it was Kacey Musgraves. I felt bad for her having to follow this. I had to turn the tv off smh, bad planning.

This song reminds me so much of the military especially the marines I mean look closely at the lyrics "I'm Breathing In The Chemicals" probably referring to the bootcamp procedure where the trained soldiers to be are placed in an area to handle a smoke mask when chemicals are released or the other verse when "I'm breaking in shaping up ejecting out of the prison bus this is the apocalypse" which can reveal the horrors of travelling to bootcamp and arriving lol just my thoughts...
