  • Welcome to the WADZ UP channel, on today's episode we are going to review the Klim Nac Pak.
As we rapidly approach the holiday season I thought this might be something you'd like to consider. I'm a bit of a backpack hoarder. I've tested Camelbak, Dakine, USWE ranger plus more packs. How hard can it be to design a backpack that you like, it lasts and survives. In a backpack here's what I'm looking for. Something that is durable, a zipper that's strong and lasts. That's my pet peeve. Something that doesn't have a hip strap, clips and flappy dangles everywhere. Something that is strong and durable with a durable fabric. Also, a pak that has good capacity, logical storage and I don't have to take off my pack every time I want to access something or have a snack. Maybe you just want to get a GoPro battery out or take a picture or grab a cliff bar. This is why I went with the Klim Nac
Pak was for its ease of us, it accessibility, its durability, rugged design and logical storage, capacity, organizational of all its gear. Inside there is 13 Liters or Litres. It also has a bonus spot to put your Goggles and a chamois. The color of the Klim Nac is Olive with Orange. They also have integrated a tool storage system. Tool bag is secure with straps and keeps it from bouncing out. On the back it also has a spot to organize all of your accessories and a clip to secure your keys. Also a spot for a probe and shovel. On the front strap you can store your phone or radio for communications and also a spot for snacks. The straps are padded and vented. My pet peeve is cheap zippers. But Klim has glove friendly pull zippers that are YKK that are durable and strong and they have a strong shoulder to support the zipper. If your looking for a balance of a backpack that offers good storage capacity, accessory capacity, smart intuitive tool storage this pak ticks a lot of those boxes and for $99 bucks its a great deal. Revzilla and Fortnine have it in stock.

First! Whoo! Yeah so im with you on the dangling straps and buckles, drives me crazy, I usually adjust it to fit and then cut off everything i don’t need, for the sake of my sanity! Bye bye warranty though!

Funny thing. I have been using all my hiking backpacks and water-paks too. None were exactly what you need for riding a bike. this Klim does seem to check all the boxes. And yes, being able to do things with gloves on, is a KEY issue. thanks.

It looks great, it also has a lot of pockets that should fit everything you need, but I don't have a hip belt, so it's not too loose when riding more aggressively? and all the weight is on the shoulders

Absolutely not the strapping design is on point I’ve ridden some track days with the pack didn’t even notice it also today I was charging really hard skiing with the pack on an epic day of powder didn’t think about the pack once, super comfortable and stable no concerns whatsoever it’s my new favourite pack. Thanks for watching hope it was helpful

@@vp_free2154 you won’t regret it, great functionality and value, I’m picky when it comes to packs and if it danced around or if I had any concerns I’d call it out. I would say that if you have a massive cellphone it will be a tight fit into the shoulder strap, that the only thing I wish was bigger if I had designed it.

@@WADZUP The problem with bigger pockets is it'll block the airflow in the mesh jackets on those hot summer days. I think that's why Kriega gives the option to buy the detachable front pouches so that the user can decide. Also Kriega chest harness is not ventilated and solid thick piece.

What about waterproofing? I'm torn between this and Enduristan Hurricane 15. I generally find myself wearing the rain jacket over the backpack so debating whether need a waterproof ones or not. For daily commute it can take a laptop which Hurricane 15 can not and probably can use a dry bag inside or raincover outside for those rainy days.

      It’s water resistant not proof.
