You are very young and thus have great hope, look for an orthotropics clinic and undergo treatment. Homeoblock device should get you great results. That is, if you and your family can afford it but it should be 100% worth it.

While mewing when I suction the root of my tongue it hurts around the uvula area it doesn't look swollen or inflamed, I was icing my face for around a month when this happened, I think that my sinuses got inflamed and the liquid from it irritated my uvula. Do you have any advise, thank you.

it only slightly corrects the hump on the nose, but it will barely be different. instead of your nose shape changing a lot, it will look smaller due to an illusion because of mewing, the maxilla, cheekbones and jaw becomes more prominent, so your nose will naturally look smaller in comparison i think you can only completely correct hooked nose shape by mewing if you start doing it from a very early age/childhood to put simply, it mostly changes the surrounding features.
Online for sure, it’s been picked up by a lot of incels/“alpha males” but it’s a very real science with an overwhelming amount of evidence. All you have to do is look at indigenous populations and any pre industrial skull to see that. We really need changes like this to help change the misinformation and health crisis thats going on.
