The problem we have is because Most people always taught that " you only need a good job to become rich " . These billionaires are operating on a whole other playbook that many don't even know exists.
It is remarkable how much long term advantage people like us have gotten by trying to be consistently not stupid, instead of trying to be very intelligent.
The wisest thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different streams of income that doesn't depend on government paycheck, especially with the current economic crisis around the world.
Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others. As an investor, you should've known that by now that nothing beats experience and that's final. Personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to $35k, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I'm buying again.
Government policies directly shape the housing market. We’ve seen how rent control, zoning regulations, and even federal interest rates can push markets in ways that leave many people either scrambling for housing or cashing in on big real estate profits
Not to mention, the migration of businesses to Florida is no coincidence. The state’s tax friendly policies and business incentives are huge draws. people love the weather, but financially, it makes sense for these companies to move
Yeah, but with interest rates on the rise, even Florida’s growing real estate market could feel the heat. We’re seeing people being priced out of mortgages and fewer buyers entering the market. It’s a balancing act between opportunity and risk
I’m sure Mark Cuban has some thoughts on all this. It’ll be fun poking him a bit, especially since he’s always vocal about his views on politics and business
You know, all these issues, from government policies to interest rates, can get overwhelming for someone who’s trying to make sense of it all. It’s why having a good advisor is crucial in this environment
Oh, definitely. My advisor, Joseph Nick Cahill, has been a game changer. When interest rates started climbing, I was panicking about my mortgage, but he laid out a plan that not only protected me but allowed me to leverage the situation to invest wisely
Its worse here, our economy is like a flailing fish, fighting for its life. The normal state of the U.S. economy is actually very bad. Because of this it goes into convulsive spasms fighting to grow any way it can out of desperation. Tricks, gimmicks, rule changes try to stimulate the economy and prevent it from falling but they only bring temporary relief to people since, when you factor in inflation we are declining.
People believe their currency has the worth it does because they have no other option. Even in a hyperinflationary environment, individuals must continue to use their hyperinflationary currency since they likely have minimal access to other currencies or gold/silver coins.
Inflation is gradually going to become part of us and due to that fact any money you keep in cash or in a low-interest account declines in value each year. Investing is the only way to make your money grow and unless you have an exceptionally high income, investing is the only way most people will ever have enough money to retire.

Given the persisting global economic crisis, it's essential for individuals to focus on diversifying their income streams independent of governmental reliance. This involves exploring options such as stocks, gold, silver, and digital currencies. Despite the adversity in the economy, now is an opportune moment to contemplate these investment avenues.

Interest rates will drop to the rate of inflation of approx 2% by 2025. This is usually true, interest rates follow inflation. So expect the FED Fund rate to be at 2.5% -3.0%in 12 months. But he also understands good and well that if THE MACHINE is able to squeeze her in?? The machine will have the most power it's EVER had, and it will literally fine/imprison all his competition... and meanwhile he's sitting their with his hand out saying, "hey machine, remember all the shilling I did for u even though it made me out to be the idiot I was being"!? Now where are the bones ur gonna throw my way!?! Moral of the story.... he's the new Soros 2.0 and I wouldn't trust that dude as far as I could possibly throw him!! That behavior is literally sadistic type stuff!
Grant Cardone continuing to be an Alpha Dog. Keep it up Grant!!
Bro said Mark Cuban should go work at IHOP 😂😭🤣🤣
Interesting.
Just because one person believes university wasn't or them doesn't mean it's applicable to everyone. Everyone should follow their passion. So even if your child wants to study something like art and they are passionate and dedicated to it then let them go to university to study. But, we all need to be realistic about the price of going to university and how you plan to recoup those university fees later in life so that it turns into an investment into your knowledge and not just an expense.
Goddamn 10❌🙌
Am i self directed i should know the answere 😂😂😂
Awesome perspective on the voters, and possible militia topic!
good job GC nice to see yu fully come out the way yu did in this interview.
I’m in Colorado but I feel like I should move. It’s been getting expensive
It's getting expensive everywhere 🤦♂️.
@@jamesvillegas877 it’s ridiculous how anyone suppose to get ahead in life right now?
Why does everyone seem to think California is just LA and San Francisco? People forget there’s the Central Valley and other smaller cities that are thriving without the high taxes and costs of the big cities that Grant often talks about. I love the guy, but he can be a bit biased at times.
Indeed. Most ppl never been to cali. Im in rural cali and its great
Love Santa Barbara and San Diego. They’re great😊
Orange County has a lot of good! But with over 3 million people of course there are problems. The pastor of my church says Tennessee has dropped 5%. Austin has dropped 20% but Southern California has not dropped at all real estate wise so if California is such a bad place then why is Southern California real estate prices not dropping? Austin is dropping Tennessee is dropped a little bit.
hahahaha
@@MetalBum dont forget the hoods of chula vista and logan heights hahahaaaaaaaaaaaa
Old Marki Mark might be on the list👀👀👀👀👀😂
I get it now, its harder to make money on real estate now, and Grant Cardone doesn't know how to make money in other ways. Got it.
Man the mellitia comment is wild. Dont know how that got by me. I never thoguht of that. Hes on the money.
I agree with Grant compete completely if you're paying no federal income tax you're smart, but in reality, he is still paying federal income tax. He may not be spending or sending them the money at the end of the year but he's investing it ways and it's helping to develop the economy, another word buying some thing he may be section 179 depreciating it. Well wherever he bought that from there maybe paying federal income tax or he could be 1031 OK basically he just said what I was saying he's deferring his tax into the future, which anybody with a brain would do
73 RMDs is that code, not at 65 where they force you to take money out or pay 25% in taxes.
The required distribution happens at 72. 10% forced withdrawal but don't have to spend.
Bro, I used to deal with Miami Country Day kids and one of them asked me if water was wet once. I'm not saying they're all like that but it didn't make them look good. Most of them are just wild and entitled kids.
I like Cordon but the housing market needs correction. It was artificially inflated during covid. We can't afford homes
is grant wearing a 1908 Perpetual watch?
he is not
Hey grant what about Max funded Properly structure IULs
Grant actually has stuff to say when hes not constantly selling. Hes much more likable in this format
Real estate is out of control and not reflecting 70% of house hold incomes in this country. Not an economist but investors are definitely part of the problem. We need to stop hedgfunds and China from purchasing real estate in this country to start with.
Grant is right!!
Come to Nevada. No state tax.
Mark Cuban for president!!!!! I love Mark Cuban!!!!!
I'd love more context on what you'd do differently if you had to do it all over again today.
Mark cuban is probobly on that Island list - and he needs to make that party win for him to be safe.
Great video hit the like . But Donald Trump is not street LOL !!
Hi Grant Cardone,
I’m one of your followers from Morocco, and I really appreciate the content you share. I have one question I’d like to ask: How can I work remotely from home effectively? What advice can you give to an 18-year-old looking to start their career?
Thank you in advance for your time and support.
Best regards,
Yassine

What happened to our monopoly laws
Grant I rock with you but I did my research on you and with my background in Non- Profit I went to your site to learn more about your foundation… no real programs or board.
What class can I sign up that tells me wealth hacks in tax? Truly
Will never listen to Cuban again.
There shouldn't be sides in politics all voters are Americans
