It came out great!!!! The rug is perfect!!! Honestly i would leace the hooky things on the ornaments as they could be worth something one day. And it really doesnt distract from the room. They look amazing. I have to thank you cause ive been working on a project for my dollhouse for a few weeks now and was getting discouraged but today youve inspired me and i finally think i got over what was holding me back from getting to the next step. Now i just have to go for it!!!
I agree about the ornaments, I'm leaving the hooks. Once I put them in, I didn't even notice them anymore like you said. I know that feeling about being discouraged. I struggled with what I was going to do with the flooring in this room for weeks and finally a walk through the hobby store was all the inspiration I needed. :)

I like the idea and concept. When I order the dolls from you. Part of my project. For a girls' tea party. I was thinking of Alice and Wonderland for my project. When they all drink tea with the animals, people. I wanted a mystical fairy tale for my baby room.. Soon, I am waiting for my new sketchbook in the mail. I am going to,l water color my floor plan idea, and I am putting the drawing into color. Watching your video, give me an idea on how to paint the wall background. I think forest and flower. Cottage them. I am 5 pull out an interesting theme background for the wall. Most walls are plain or floral. The kids' room must be a fun room. Your tip and advice to help me fulfilled my project. I mean i have a horse and 3 goats and on very tiny 5 acre Farm. But sundays are usually lots of chores vaccuum laundry and also warching Tattoo Master they play a whole season on sundays

That's so cute. I used to play with the kids in the neighborhood and we would all take turns playing the roles of the different characters in the movie and we would always of course be running from the witch!
I literally almost did that for that very reason and I did a little sample on the part I cut off and I wasn't able to draw on it with the marker. I wonder though if I had just mod podged the back side only, if that would still absorb less. Thoughts? I really should have discussed that with the audience..:)

Yes, we both have many costumes...a bit of an obsession really..I have forever loved dressing up and have used costumes in my previous marketing career. Also, my love for Halloween plays a big role in my costumes and I used to also have many themed parties! Like I said, obsession! lol Yes meeting Robert Olszewski (I think I misspelled his name the video) was very nice, and a great person to meet. He was showing me his new books, and what I loved about them is that he details what he was inspired by to create his work, which I love because I find it fascinating as to where creativity comes from.
It's embarrassing that I don't even remember where I purchased that baby from anymore, as I have had her for a while now and have just been waiting for the right place for her! Thank you for your sweet comment. :)
