Thank you so much for watching the video. Biggest project I have ever made - 2.5 months of work, 45 hours of recording and 150+ hours of editing and script writing. Was a real labour of love and I hope you all enjoy watching it as much as I enjoyed making it. Have an incredible day! What was your favourite part of the video, be sure to let me know!
Watching this man go through the same struggles and triumphs as myself in this game really was great. When he got poked by the deathsquito out on his ship had me weeping with him. I spent 10 in game days rebuilding and dying with armor sets and MULTIPLE boats just to try to retrieve my first gear set. Legends have it that my gear to this day floats in the annals between the streak of plains and swamp biome. Travelers hear the mournful cries of a frustrated gamer, forced to give up his quest, and his gear, and all his boats, that still float there, forever.
In total there was 22 deaths that I counted let me know if I missed any. 1st death at 5:04 skeleton 2nd 6:23 troll 3rd 6:54 same troll 4th 19:12 Draugr 5th 20:24 Draugr 6th 20:30 Fall damage 7th 21:06 Draugr 8th 21:53 Draugr 9th 24:40 Draugr 10th 29:29 Fuling assist from Deathsquito 11th 31:35 bonemass poison 12th 31:50 Deathsquito 13th 35:39 Deathsquito 14th 37:04 Drowning 15th 41:38 Wolf 16th 45:45 Fall damage 17th 46:24 Fall damage 18th 47:27 Drake 19th 57:18 Fuling 20th 57:34 Deathsquito 21st 58:18 Fuling 22nd 1:01:10 Deathsquito/Fuling By the way loved the video, and I hope to see 200 days.
Here are some tips so you don't waste some time! 1. Don't craft bronze armor, once upgraded troll armor is the exact same and twice upgraded is better than bronze armor. 2. don't craft any cape other than deer hide unless it is for set bonus, they are all the same i think. 3. to get fine wood early chop down a beech tree and bang the log against the birch tree until you break it 4. with that early fine wood you can make an early finewood bow which is way better than crude bow, I wouldn't even recommend crafting crude bow unless you quickly want to kill eikthyr. 5. Once you get strong enough you should just get iron, for iron is really good and worth it to make over bronze armor. Bronze tools are okay though. 6. For mining iron all pickaxes are the same you can use antler pickaxe or bronze it doesn't really matter; the only difference is 25 durability. 7. A lot of larger mobs in the game have troll syndrome or the early symptoms of troll syndrome where if you just walk in a straight line on a downward incline or a flat surface, the troll can't hit you I am not sure about club trolls though. The wolf mob is an example of a mob with early symptoms of troll syndrome where if you are walking in a straight line on a downward incline or flat surface, if you time sprinting right, you can't get hit. It is slightly difficult to do this though. 8. when mining copper deposits, they aren't just surface deposits, they go down to the dig limit, and you can get up to I think 90 copper from just one deposit. I am not sure if this applies for metals other than this one. 9. Unless you are ready for a sea serpent, DO NOT and i repeat DO NOT go into the ocean at nighttime, during rain or both at the same time, for those times are when the sea serpent can spawn and kill u. I say unless you have a long boat and a good bow with some arrows don't try fighting this guy. Hope this helps!
Sheeeeeesh, this was something else. I feel lucky having stumbled upon this hidden gem. I think we all have nightmares from our first encounter with the flying murder machines in the plains biome, lmao.
12:00 "Pro" tip: while waiting for the wind to change its mind, you can paddle the boat manually. (set the boat to 1 forward arrow for speed. You will paddle forward.)

Two logs at once is the same as one log after the other. If you hit multiple objects with one swing it does less damage, but destroying two at once is satisfying. Damage mitigation
Just in case anyone finds this and is thinking of playing: The copper ore veins go deep underground. Dig around them to find the borders and how far down they go before setting to work mining so you don't miss any. You can easily pick up 30-60 copper from each vein which will save you from trekking across the world so often.

Same here! As someone with over 250 hours in Valheim, this video brought me back to my first month playing it with the boys. This might be the most polished Valheim playthrough video I've ever seen, I enjoyed every minute! I forgot how harsh and immersive this game is.
Oh, I have gone into a swampy crypt with the express knowledge that the first time I had to deal with a body pile, I might get myself dead. So I always concentrated on the body pile first. If I can stop the damned things spawning, I can deal with whatever's left. This was great fun to watch!
Awesome job man!!!! And a really nice sense of humor. And the fact that you took your time to upgrade the home. I straggle with buildings, albeit that simple. Do 200 please!
Amazing video. Very entertaining and I love your taste in music and commentary. It made for one very enjoyable video. I’ll be rewatching this vid when I eventually play this game myself.
As the editor myself I know the pain of editing, and I cant imagine me doing this, wonderful work and my funniest part is where the brute hit you from the back when getting Moder's powers as they are pretty funny mobs for me xDd
Hi i started Valheim about one week ago and find youre video. This is the one of the best game videos i have ever seen. I wish more contend creators does videos like this ! So good and entertaining hope to see more videos from you.
As someone who has not had the free time to try Valheim (or really watch anything before this). I really appreciated your experience. It gave me a good feel for the game, while the humor was consistently entertaining, yet not overdone or repetitive. In a one hour video! Wait... I watched a one hour video? Dang. Nicely done Dr Spice. Nicely done.
this was incredibly fun to watch - your jokes are on point dude well placed and not cheesy or corny genuinely great content i've subscribed and will be watching your content to come!
Awesome video man!! I just got into Valheim with a friend and he definitely likes the game more than me... But seeing you overcome so much of this game's BS kinda makes me want to play it more. The fact you played 100 days BY YOURSELF is insane. That's so much work! Thanks for the video, the ups and downs were fascinating to watch and the overall quality was spectacular. I hope to see 200 days in Valheim at some point in the future! My favorite parts of your video was your At-Wits-End Assault on the Deathsquitos and basebuilding/Cribs Feature ♥
Man, I've just hit day 97 and I'm still in low level iron chest and leg armour with bronze everything else. You just did a speed run in Valheim to me haha
@@benjaminsimpson504 I've definitely taken my time and tried to enjoy each biome as much as I can while I'm there! My world has generated in a way that is difficult to guess where the next boss is, so I need to explore loads to find the runes. There is still so much I haven't done also
We're doing lots of building and no exploits so far (around day 80). Next step is to explore the swamp, but we're procrastinating by building a base instead
@@benjaminsimpson504 i guess to many people just dont know about creative mode, because learning to build epic structures so you yourself say there is no improvement can take an allmost insufferable amount of time, and if you manage to do it - next project
If you decide to make a "200 day" Valheim vid, I have a suggestion for a goal. Kill a Sea Serpent. Then, once your sphincter unclenches, kill several more. The trophy is ridiculously big. If you want to craft with the scales, make sure to kill it on land or in shallow water since the scales sink. Serpent stew is good stuff (have to cook the serpent before you can put it in a stew, which is weird). You can also make the serpent scale shield. Hearth and Home added piercing resistance to the serpent scale shield so it really helps with deathsquitos and long range piercing attacks.
Loved the playthrough! And im into the game now. Didnt heard of it before but im not living under a rock 🤣 btw crows named Huginn and Muninn are Odin's companions that fly all over the world and bring him bqck information.
"the jump in the difficulty between this slenderman looking arse and the prance of dio is bigger than your mom" is the best thing I've heard on the internet good job bro
What an absolute legend this was the best playthrough I have seen yet. You've definitely more than earned my sub cant wait to see more of this quality content :)
I never comment... but this was a GREAT Valheim video. So great. Lots of memories of my own playthrough. So glad I found this. Thumbs up and subbed for more. Thank-you!
So I just stumbled on this game recently and you are the first person I watch playing it. I have to say this was probably 1 of the most entertaining 100 day videos on RUclips I have seen to date. Just subbed hope to see more content.
Man, I admired your godly Odin level patience in this game. Especially how many times you died and had to come back and retrieve your gear…absolutely entertaining and awesome content. Keep up the good work!!!!
Beautiful video and hilariously narrated. Last night I spent my entire Day 200 deliberately doing nothing but enjoying the views and watching nature from my sitting spot. What a stunning game.
This just goes to show how slow I'm taking it, slowly learned the mechanics and figuring out the best way to do things. I around day 90 and I'm sill clad in bronze about to give the second boss my second attempt.
One year later and this content still holds up. Thanks for making this. Very entertaining and informative. As a new Valheim player this really helped me
This is the best anime I have ever watched. Jokes aside, this is fucking amazing. I could feel you rage and frustration resonating to my teeth and bones after getting killed by a fucking mosquitoe in the middle of the ocean. Halfway through the video, I assumed you had, at least 1mil subs, but I was wrong. I wondered to myself how the hec you don't have many subscribers when you make emotional, glorious gameplays. For now, I just wanna say that I can't find the words to describe how much I loved you journey in Valheim. All I can say is that, this is the best Valheim video, or any survival gameplay I have ever watched. I hope you're having the best life, and thank you for making this *glorious* video. I will be patiently waiting for the 200 days in Valheim video and I am certain that it will be worth the wait.
@DrSpicyArab Wow man I just sat down in the morning and watched this with only one break to go buy a grocery item for my gf as she needed one. Truly, you make me miss my kiddo days playing games with friends or with my siblings. As I enjoyed the thrill of your video man I wondered what it would have been like to be there playing beside you or friends of my own. I don't get chances to play with people on games like this these days, so thank you for letting me live a little in my imagination as I saw your truly viking-esque adventure. Skal!
Youre right I did have a troll cap on. To be honest i took a bit of creative liberty and edited that troll fight because it really wasnt interesting. I just abused the troll cave and kept going in and out of it while taking out small chunks of the trolls health with my bow and arrow lol. Thanks for watching!!
ima be real we all know he cheated to get his stuff back after he died in the ocean to the deathsquitos and honestly im fine with it. Those things are such bs
rly rly nice video :) very enjoyable to watch and as a new valheim player I could learn a lot about the game as well. Nice to see that the 200 days video is already uploaded on ur chanel :D
Great video, really funny too. I actually did my first trip across the ocean on a bloody raft, as I had not figured out how to craft a Karve just yet. And I ended up getting murdered by a serpent only a few meters off the coast of the new Island. I think my entire neighborhood heard me scream :P - I did go back on a raft and was able to fetch my stuff.
Where you at bruh, you’re literally the only handful of youtubers that have made me laugh and actually kept me entertained all throughout the length of this video
Oh man! When the Valheim came out I could not wait to see one day how the play looks like. So lucky to click this video. Well played, well edited. I've enjoyed from start to the end. I hope the rest of this story is somewhere already! GG!
Thank you this is very entertaining and very high quality! I am watching you play games because watching you feels like I'm experiencing the struggles and the satisfaction of reaching the end goal of every games you play. God bless spicy!..
Just because you played that amazing piece at the end you earned the sub, the vod was amazing as well but that song just made it for me mate. you really have impecalbe taste.
This man had the worst AND best playthrough i've seen ever. Many deaths? Yes. Good reward? Maybe. Entertaining? Very.
Hahahaha really good take. Lots and lots of deaths but im glad you were entertained!
That’s the exact thought that was going through my head the ENTIRE time and I would love to see 200 days.

As the editor myself I know the pain of editing, and I cant imagine me doing this, wonderful work and my funniest part is where the brute hit you from the back when getting Moder's powers as they are pretty funny mobs for me xDd
Hahahaha im so happy you enjoyed. Yes it was a super long process but im proud of the final outcome!
As someone new to the world of Valheim you helped me so much and made me realize why I truly love this game!
this was incredibly fun to watch - your jokes are on point dude well placed and not cheesy or corny genuinely great content i've subscribed and will be watching your content to come!
lil tips the copper ores goes much deeper than the surface boulder
This is a masterpiece! I have watched it to times and I love it👍 Can’t wait to part 2😁
I totally agree but speedruning the game is a bad idea because the game lost most players because they defeated yagluth and got bored.

I've definitely taken my time and tried to enjoy each biome as much as I can while I'm there!
@@LetsPlayItNAO I find that making a plan and sticking to it is better than jumping to the new idea in valheim. Just more rewarding.
LMAO "I was so focused on mining that i didnt hear the clapping of the trolls ass cheeks"
6:19 hilarious
The clappin of shreks cheeks did not
Alert the guard
What an absolute legend this was the best playthrough I have seen yet. You've definitely more than earned my sub cant wait to see more of this quality content :)
such a great vid, commentary - god level, I admire ur effort brother, and lastly, 26th minute troll fight with the witcher 3 music, speechless xD
I never comment... but this was a GREAT Valheim video. So great. Lots of memories of my own playthrough. So glad I found this. Thumbs up and subbed for more. Thank-you!
Welcome aboard! Thanks a lot for the support, these comments keep me going!
So I just stumbled on this game recently and you are the first person I watch playing it. I have to say this was probably 1 of the most entertaining 100 day videos on RUclips I have seen to date. Just subbed hope to see more content.
You’ve gave me the final motivation to do a 100 day series on this Game
Good luck mate, its a massive undertaking. If you want any advice just shoot me a message on discord!
great video. Watched the entire thing from start to finish, and now HAVE to watch your follow up of "200 days". Keep it up, thank you for the content.
Man, I admired your godly Odin level patience in this game. Especially how many times you died and had to come back and retrieve your gear…absolutely entertaining and awesome content. Keep up the good work!!!!
Im so glad you enjoyed. Thanks for watching!!
Such a great vid! Also learned quite a bit as well. The video quality is exceptional all around!
This was easily the most entertaining valheim video I ever watched. Very well done, looking forward to the 200 days journey!
Wyd
I literally just watched this whole video straight through. Great video bro!
Aww inspiring I have a new respect for this game. You did more in your first three days than I have in 30.
Well done! Really fun to watch and to go through such roller-coaster of emotions together. I know many of them well from my time in the game lol.
One year later and this content still holds up. Thanks for making this. Very entertaining and informative. As a new Valheim player this really helped me
my highlight of the whole vid was the witcher fighting music in the bonemass fight honestly beautiful editing ever
This man made more references then a scholarly article
This was brilliant had some great laughs on your struggles fully understanding your struggles playing through this game as well.
Im always looking for valheim content and then this happened youre a absolute legend i would be ragequiting by al those deats🤣😂
26:26
"You can't eat more sausage"
In the exact moment when he was between the troll's legs 🤣
“I approved a renovation permit for myself “ beautiful man 😹😹😹beautiful
Glad you enjoyed hahaha!
Thank you for the incredibly kind words my friend :)
I would LOVE to see 200 days. You made this video so good and enjoyable, now I want to see the end of your journey.
Skal!
shit my dude that was awesome, you even motivated me to play this game again. Keep this good work and you'll 100% go to the top of this site
i still come back every once in a while to rewatch this masterpiece. come back to us dr spicy :(
i play this game with 4 frames and 70% of my clicks don’t get registered and have fun but it looks so much more fun when the game actually works
IM glad you could live vicariously through my gameplay! Thanks for watching :)!
The 100th series was one struggle of a story! nice dedication DrSpicyArab
You just earned a new subscriber, that's for sure!
Thank you mate! Glad you enjoyed :)
I thoroughly enjoyed watching this all the way through. Great video man.
Are we gonna talk about his Troll leather helmet he had before he killed his first troll on Day 10
Youre right I did have a troll cap on. To be honest i took a bit of creative liberty and edited that troll fight because it really wasnt interesting. I just abused the troll cave and kept going in and out of it while taking out small chunks of the trolls health with my bow and arrow lol. Thanks for watching!!
@@DrSpicyArab I enjoyed the video. I do that to the trolls to lol. Keep up the good content!
my favorite part? *yes.*
this was honestly amazing, i hope theres a 200 days
ima be real we all know he cheated to get his stuff back after he died in the ocean to the deathsquitos and honestly im fine with it. Those things are such bs
I appreciate that some people will feel this way. Thanks for watching the video and hope you enjoyed!!
Plus when the ground was shaking he had poisoning arrows
rly rly nice video :) very enjoyable to watch and as a new valheim player I could learn a lot about the game as well. Nice to see that the 200 days video is already uploaded on ur chanel :D
Where is the 200 day vid?
Great video, really funny too. I actually did my first trip across the ocean on a bloody raft, as I had not figured out how to craft a Karve just yet. And I ended up getting murdered by a serpent only a few meters off the coast of the new Island. I think my entire neighborhood heard me scream :P - I did go back on a raft and was able to fetch my stuff.
This was amazing, great work dude. I can't wait to see your recognition explode.
Where you at bruh, you’re literally the only handful of youtubers that have made me laugh and actually kept me entertained all throughout the length of this video
My favorite video in a long time. Well done with the narration. I laughed, felt sad and overwhelmed and felt your glory all in one!
Love this! Literally sharing this to my friends who also play vahliem !
Very entertaining and amusing video. Struggeld with you along the way. Thanks for taking the time to make it!
Oh man! When the Valheim came out I could not wait to see one day how the play looks like. So lucky to click this video. Well played, well edited. I've enjoyed from start to the end. I hope the rest of this story is somewhere already! GG!
Every time he said "Draugr" I died a little inside.
Thank you this is very entertaining and very high quality! I am watching you play games because watching you feels like I'm experiencing the struggles and the satisfaction of reaching the end goal of every games you play. God bless spicy!..
The constant luck of preparedness in this playthrough is truly staggering. 😂😂
This is like an audio book with a video, I love it! 👏🏼🤟🏼
Just because you played that amazing piece at the end you earned the sub, the vod was amazing as well but that song just made it for me mate. you really have impecalbe taste.
