I subbed when i watched the 100 days vid maybe 10 months ago. Alas, the algorithm didnt recommend until today - hopefully to more people than me! Wish you the best man, keep it up!
Hey Spicy, no pressure but if you do another 300 days you should explore the mist lands and defeat the new boss. So glad you are getting more recognition!
I would say to do that once the Ashlands update comes out, so he can fill in all 100 more days with both areas. Maybe even kill the Mistlands boss, *and* the Ashlands boss, whatever that will be.
This man deserves more credit for the time he puts in. He is severely underrated, but it doesn't matter how small you community is it only matters that they watch you and enjoy your content. Props to this man for bringing us joy and comfort 👨💻👍
The "Level Ground" Option works this way: It Levels the ground around you to be even to the ground youre standing on right now. So to make it work, you need to stand still on one spot, and level everything around you to that level, once complete, you can move around on the already leveled ground and start fixing the ground thats further away aswell.
Man this is why I love valheim. It's not always about the adventure or the combat but sometimes, it can be about the comfiness of seeing everything you build come together
To make the plains pillars explode you need to at least mine one little chunk after you've cleared around it. Basically you were 98% of the way there :D
This was so fun to watch! There are actually a few things that I don’t believe you encountered at all during this playthrough in the swamps and especially in the mountains *cough cave systems cough* but these things may require you to load new terrain.
16:38 if you stand on top of the raised ground and raise the ground from that point, the ground will automatically raise to the point youre standing on - saving you tons of stone.
Some tips from a long time player and builder. -Serpent meat floats but their scales and trophies sink, it’s worth using a harpoon to pull them to shore to kill them. Watch out for enemies on the shoreline. -Building integrity is based on connection to the ground. Pieces touching the ground will show blue. Each piece placed on top of that will get green, which progressively gets more red until it breaks with each new piece added. This creates a height limit on certain building shapes. Simplified, farther from the ground you get the more likely to break. -To get flat ground you need to pay attention to the ground under your characters feet. They will level the ground in the circle to what they’re standing on. Straight edges are difficult and take patience, as well as watching for any sharper edges that appear while you’re creating the edge, you can try and follow these lines to get clean edges. -Moats are OP in the game currently and I never make a base without one 👍🏻
This was a joy to watch. Much better food management on this one, and I love the remodeling done, too. I also really like the separate crafting areas. Very nice.
I think at this point i have watched both 100 and 200 days about 200 times. Youre the best, and also if you see this please start making videos again! It would be SO fun to see you make a 300 days in valheim, where you explore the mistlands and kill the boss. Also the Ashlands are about to be released and would be fun to watch you tackle that as well. Hope your are okay :)
Great job on this series, I know I'm a bit late to the party but your 100 days video is what convinced me to buy valheim for myself. Thank you for all the time and energy you have/ will put into this series.
If enemies are nearby when attempting to sleep, just sneak and then interact with the bed and it will let you sleep. For portals, you can save a LOT of room by building them back-to-back and leaving room enough to walk between the ones facing the wall(s).
Or you can use only 1 and change its name, while keeping a separate character at your base in case you mess up at some point and need to change the main one's name. :D
Here are some suggestions for 300 days: - filling out empty spaces on the map by simply exploring. - each boss has more than one altar so you could look for them and beat bosses there, especially early one likee the Elder with endgame set of armor and weapons. - building a village. I also don't know if you know this, but there is a unofficial site where you can generate and check map seeds and where are bosses, their stones and other stuff.
I love every single second of the video. It felt as if I was reading a diary of an adventurer, what a wonderful journey that was. I would like to thank you for all the effort you put into your videos, and I hope you find success in this platform.
The shadowy man watching you is Odin checking up on you! During thunderstorms you can also see Thor flying in the sky, and Loki will occasionally laugh in you ear. It scared the shit out of me the first time it happened because I was next to the plains.
The secret to flattening land is, that it raises or lowers to the level you are standing on. So you start where you want it to be, flatten around you real good, then move to that patch and continue.
Great video bro! just started playing this, because it came to xbox gamepass recently, great game and I’m so surprised I hadn’t heard of it before. Hopefully you’ll be making a day 300 video as more content has come out for you to explore. Thanks for making this solid content! Awesome work
I can't believe I didn't see this upload for a whole month; I have been anticipating this video after watching that first 100 days video. Of all the 100 of valheim videos I've watched, yours was by far the best one.
Great video Doc. Valheim players surely understand the struggle in this game. but you just keep on playing it. On my 387 days now and still completing the final 2 sets of fenrir suit and root suit.
the serpents can be found in ocean biomes at all times (AKA at all progression stages) which is why they become super easy to take down in late game gear
Try to read this with the knowledge that im really not trying to be a dick. After well over a thousand hours of Valheim, watching you play is BEYOND painful my friend, dear god. You seem to blatantly ignore any and all basic information if your hand isnt explicitly being held for it. How did you NOT realize there is a dodge, it is prompted, ON SCREEN, EVERY time you equip a weapon. I legitimately think I rolled before I ever jumped as a greyling smacked me when I was looking at the controls. This honestly just blew me away. Other than that the video was great though, really, great job editing everything and putting it all together. Made for an entertaining watch, Always great to see someone else's journey through a game you love. It's nice to see other peoples takes and ways of going about things or working through certain problems. I know my comment will seem hateful, its really not meant to be, I'm just honestly dumbfounded you seem to have missed out on the most basic concept of combat in the game, when you yourself have said combat is practically all you've done the first 100 days. It doesnt seem like you knew how to parry until day 178 either, which is the second most fundamental part of combat in Valheim, IF NOT the first. Also, if you enjoy Valheim, the modding community is absolutely phenomenal, would give you a LOT of content for videos or even just for fun while youre waiting for more official content from the devs. People have already added and fleshed out the 3 empty remaining biomes, filled out the ocean, added tons of new creatures, items, weapons, armour, food types, etc. If you name it, somebody has probably already modded it into the game for you. Would highly recommend checking out Thunderstore, it's most the communitys' go-to modding tool for Valheim. Nexus works as well, just not AS well since most people dont want to update on two platforms at once and usually just stick to one or the other. And Thunderstore generally has more of the experienced and high quality modders we have so far in the game. I would personally recommended you to check out a modpack called "Epic Valheim", it fills the game out to the projected vision Iron Gate had of 8(technically 9) biomes and bosses. And adds a LOT of new stuff to do, find, fight, and build, While keeping everything feeling extremely close to the vanilla game.

Yeah you definitely have to do 300 days now. The new Mistlands update is insane and the new boss is absolutely insane. There's also new armor in the game that makes you extremely powerful and a new weapons and new food types, new buildings and it's just awesome.
Nice video... I think you should give the mountains another try...You can try to tame wolves and also your farm doesn't have any onions - you can find seeds in chests in the mountains...
Random creepy grim reaper guy is actually supposed to be Odin checking in to see how you’ve progressed he appears more often than you’d think you just have to keep your eyes peeled
fastest 43 mins ever. thats how good this vid was. also i feel they should add a new area over the edge of the world, that would be fun to cross the huge ocean to the edge and explore new lands

Thanks man!
I cant even tell you much time I spent trying to level this hill standing in the way of my half finished base. I'll give this a try. Thank you
@@jupiterthree5228 it also has some limits so you need to actually mine things if its too big of a height difference.
Can't believe this is finally happening
Right
I watched the first half a week ago, so it wasn’t super long for me luckily
If you don't know, the shadowy dementor @21:29 is actually Odin. It's basically him checking up on you to see your progress. Appears at random.
damn dude i read this at exactly the same time he mentioned him, funny how that works
@@tavioli dude same here wtf, funny indeed :D

21:11 I was SO waiting for the stone pillar to fall down like a tree does and crush you 😂
it is time to come back king
With a new huge uptate you can make another 100 days in valheim

I really enjoyed this series I would love if you could make a 300 days for the rest of the game ❤
what a pleasure, I had a great time watching over your adventures!
I am glad you talked about food. I hated that you didnt cook good food in 100 days! nice vid :D
I really enjoyed both of your videos. Thank you for all the hard work.
on top of the roll feature, if you hold ALT and left click you dont have to drag items anymore. SHIFT left click lets you split stacks
My brother in Valheim come back
it's great that you went to the ashlands instead of the mistlands. the mistlands update is gonna be a great watch for 300 days
you're frs my favorite youtuber, probably the best valheim gameplay.
