    I feel disappointed in myself...had vertshock since i was in 8th grade in 2014...had a 28 inch vert then...but ive never been able to get past week 2...and ik vertshock works because i gained 3 inches in 1 week, and right now i have a 32.5 inch vert but still can't dunk . Now im a sophomore trying to win a state championship in the long and triple jump...about to get serious and try to do vertshock twice...with a one or two week break in between the two times. Hopefully, my vertical will be 40 something ish after the end of this and I'll be able to get that state championship, and maybe even faster so that i can run sprints.

      TheBlackDahlia815 you do not need to dribble to move your pivot foot

      @Phayati1 7 лет назад +1

      TheBlackDahlia815 nah you're not taking a "step" per se, ive never gotten called for this or seen anyone get called for a travel on this unless they take an extremely long stride + take longer to put the ball on the ground

      Eli Mehlhaff03 its a travel to lift your pivot before a dribble. Learning from nba type coaching uses the first step nba rule. This is not a fiba rule
