The Choni Story (Cheryl & Toni from Riverdale)

- This is my first of a few Riverdale stories that I will post. I really love Choni as a couple. It would have been nice to have seen more moments together after their kiss but at least we did get a few. I broke this up to three chapters.

That’s EXACTLY how I felt. Without the character development, it just seems kind of odd for Cheryl to go from name-calling and hating the Serpents, to dating and becoming one. But I guess you could say it’s all in the name of love 🤷🏼♀️

Side note:
This video made me realise that in 22 episodes (approximately 45 mins each) we had barely 15 minutes of Choni overall. So Choni took 1.9% of screentime. That's a bit... sad. Hope we'll get more in season 3.
Thanks for your feedback. So happy you enjoyed the video and I do agree that there should have been more choni scenes together, especially after they had their first kiss.
Then again we have to remember that the first episode they were in together was 6 and then again in like 10 or 11 I can't remember exactly but THEY NEED MORE SCREEN TIME. Like before Choni I wanted a relationship like bughead or varchie but now I want a choni.

trevon wallace it helps to see it in media because we develop empathy for the characters. Yes we know gay people exist but shows like this really demonstrate how real it is and how it is equal to heterosexual love. Knowing about something is different to really seeing it.
This reminds me to Brittana a little bit. Loving Choni so far, they're the cutest.

9:21 this part makes me so happy because Toni went all the way to Switzerland to save Cheryl. She didn’t have to do that. She did that out of love. Ask yourself this question. Would Betty do that for jughead? Would jughead do that for Betty? Would Veronica do that for Archie? Would Archie do that for Veronica? I feel that Choni is bulletproof. Cheryl and Toni have been through so much, and they still love each other and would do anything for the other
LMFAO 🤣 Switzerland. Um, it didn’t actually happen like that, sweetie, but maybe you just watch these videos and not the actual show so I’m not judging you. Wouldn’t that have just been so crazy if Toni had flown halfway across the world for Cheryl though? Not plausible though. Toni’s poor and the trip would have cost her a fortune by her standards I guess Veronica could have paid for the trip though, if she cared that much about Cheryl. It’s so arbitrary when most of the characters on this show decided to give a damn about each other.

A Yeah, besides Varchie and Bughead are like the main couples in the show, but it still is unfair that they cut off lots of Choni scenes, hope it won't happen again in S3, also I hope we will be able to see more development with Falice.
And Choni is obviously a better ship than Bughead and Varchie combined
