- New Girl just had their season finale and I wanted to post the story of Ali and Winston. I really love Ali and even though she didn't come in until I think season 4, they had a great love story . I broke their story up to 5 chapters

I didn't like Winston at all during the first season. Then it was like they re-wrote his character and he became awesome.
@@MotorCityPhoenix313 lol that’s literally what they did 😅. They didn’t know what to do with his character and I think he started acting goofy and boom they worked with that side more and now we have one of the most lovable characters 😌🤌🏼
So glad Winston found someone. He's such a goof but also a great guy. When he fell in love with Aly it felt like I was cheering for my best friend to fall in love

I called it that they would be together from the moment we met Aly. Nick and coach said that she was so small and automatically Winston got protective. So cute
I loved that Winston was upset not because Ali proposed, but because he wanted to be extra about it. I loved how on brand Winston that was.
They are hands down the best couple in this show because of how loyal they always are to each other. Nick and Jess were super back and forth for a super long time and Schmidt cheated on Cece. Both couples eventually overcame that which is great but once Winston decided that he loved Aly he never stopped perusing her. He was so thoughtful!

Wish the scene where Aly is in labour and walks out with Cece, only to find Winston fighting Russell with his crystal out and she yells: "Winston, why is your crystal out? Are you fighting?" was included

These two deserved a wedding finale, Jess and Nick got one even tho it was kind of disappointing.

I blame Fox for this. The writers have done so much and then we’re robbed of a proper freaking season finale
When they first introduce winston in the show i thought he is the serious one that will balance the whole gang but NOOOO he is the craziest and goofiest of all!! (and i love everything about it) season by season his character development gets better and better then he met the love of his life, aly. The girl who complements and balances his crazy and uniquness. I just love them both!!!
all I can say is thank god they weren't in a cop drama or else one of them would definitely be getting shot

He dressed as a bobcat cuz one of the first calls they went on together was a report of a bobcat in a public restroom.
it was a report of a public disturbance and it turned out to just be a bobcat

As somebody who gave up on 'New Girl' after a couple of series, this video is really well put together. Even the background music wasn't off putting- it normally is in videos like these, but the choices here fit thr mood of each 'chapter'. Well done.

I love that the writers literally told viewers that they were going to fall in love in the very beginning. Her saying that she didn’t want to get close so he didn’t fall in love with her. Then him warning her not to fall in love with him.
