    Love it Wade! Thanks for your support and thorough review of our titanium hot tent stove!

    Amazing, really. A long way from putting candles in paint cans, and all the other fairly sketchy ways we used to attempt to get warm, camping in the Winter. And it looks like these tent stoves continue to improve. Thank you, Wade.

    Some unique innovations on this stove. I wish I had given more thought to my first role of the stove pipe. Quite a struggle. Got lots of wrinkles. Much easier now. Thanks for sharing Wade

      I hear you about the struggles of the stove pipe Mark. The pool noodle solution was my wife’s idea to be honest lol.

    Very nice, that’s very similar to my Winnerwell Fast Fold Stove, so much easier than trying to hold together warped panels ! Cheers

    What I miss with the stove? A dampener to prolong burn time, a spark arrester to prevent embers falling back down on the tent and a pipe hood against rain ins with possible guy line attachments for heavy weather stability.

    I wonder if you could use the plates to make biscuits on top of the stove with the wings flipped up in the triangle configuration you showed…. ? Fresh cooked biscuits in the morning during a nice winter camp would be really good and the way those plates nested together looks like it would be just the right size for a mess of biscuits.

    Cheers Wade. Very cool design. The rear-mounted stove pipe is a great innovation I haven’t seen used before. Nice stove. I get that it’s a folding titanium stove, however…lol…$639 + shipping, (not sure if that is CAD or USD), is a little too dear for my wallet!(OUCH!) I was having breakfast when I clicked their link and nearly choked on my coffee lol
    Thanks for showcasing it though. All the best from Nova Scotia 🇨🇦

      I get it my friend, titanium is expensive! If it helps that price includes tax and shipping😁👍

    Thanks for this! I am just getting into hot tent stoves. I purchased one a few days before your video. The one I got I intended to put in a sled...its small but carbon steel. I can see wanting a titanium one for the pack too.

    Question/ I wonder if Silverant would make a grill top for that stove also…? So you could use it outside without the pipe on it…

    • @Woodswalker1965
      @Woodswalker1965  13 дней назад

      That would be handy for sure, any grill would work but titanium would be very cool.

    • @Zero_Reaper13
      @Zero_Reaper13 12 дней назад +1

      A great idea make it more multifunctional push comes to shove you can just find a stainless rack that fits or is large enough to modify, leaving the space open from the stove pipe would act like a feed port.

    Is that damper pipe connector flexible? Can it be angled for a pipe to point on a 45 degree out the sidewall of a tent?

    • @Woodswalker1965
      @Woodswalker1965  10 дней назад +1

      No, you would have to find a elbow to have it go out the side of a hot tent.

  • @cliffordwright342

    Any idea on the cost of the stove. Can you buy a new stove pipe separately

    • @Woodswalker1965
      @Woodswalker1965  13 дней назад

      Hey Cliff, I believe I left a link to the stove it has Canadian pricing. As far as a separate stove pipe goes, I’m not too sure.

    so, i have to admit, i have 0 clue, so that's why i'm investigating.. doesn't that look a little bit too flimsy? like it's gonna bend in any moment?

    • @Woodswalker1965
      @Woodswalker1965  12 дней назад

      They are lightweight by design so some care is required. These stoves are safe to use in my opinion. Thanks for the question!👍

    Она из тонкого титана сделана. И создаётся впечатление что после использования - она не будет такой ровной

    • @Woodswalker1965
      @Woodswalker1965  13 дней назад +1

      That’s true, all things titanium and stainless steel stoves will warp when heated. The good thing is they go back together easily and it doesn’t affect the performance. Thanks for watching👍

  • @carterhamilton1502

    That has to be about the thinnest and easiest to bend and kink metal stove I have ever seen. Sorry but you nearly kinked it when putting it together.
