Thank you for making this video. I have a touch Delta faucet and it stopped working. I think they are more trouble than what their worth.

Thank you for the instruction. Instead of calling a plumber, I followed your instruction and fixed the problem. Many thanks.

Thanks Brett, I checked the items you described, and got the faucet working with success! I have a Delta 19922T and was able to complete the job. First, the battery was changed, the Aerator was checked for blockage, and I was about to check the hoses until I saw your video. Thankfully it was just restarting the Solenoid, you saved us money from getting a plumber!!! Thanks again!

This is so helpful. Thank you for posting. Reversing the current to the solenoid to reset it is genius! That's exactly what I needed. My faucet is working again. There is a lot of very helpful info in this video, but for me the key was at 6 minutes into the video.

I love my touch faucet and after 2 years it suddenly started to turn on and off by itself. I thought for sure it was gone. After 5 minutes we had it fixed. Thank you so much for the video!

So very helpful. I was dreading this job and all I had to do was take batteries out and let it reset and like magic it works. Can’t thank you enough for the simple and thorough video.

Thanks for posting. I have done the battery tricks multiple times over the six years I have had one of these faucets, but hadn't needed to now for quite a while. I had forgotten some of the details and couldn't find my manual. You helped get me back on track! Thx! Love my faucet even if it has been persnickety a few times. It still works, and the touch feature is SO handy!!!

You're a rock star man!!!! I was at my wits end before I found your video. After separating the wires and resetting the solenoid, it works like a charm. The wires touching seems to have been the major problem, what a horrid design. Thank you for saving my sanity. Cheers!

This guy is amazing! First, I am not mechanically incline. I review many other video instructions with no avail and was ready to call a plumber. I followed this guys easy instructions and now I have running water! Also, thank you for the tips to keep it running !

Thank you! After a panic that I couldn't use my kitchen sink I sought out help via Google. Delta's troubleshooting was worthless. Your video was spot on, thank you!!!

Brett, thanks so much. Our issue was intermittent and to get the solenoid to turn on we had to pull out the spout and that would sometimes work. I was able to unplug my battery pack, move that wire around so it was out of the way, plug in my battery pack and - bingo - it seems to work. I am anxious to put it to the test this evening while working in the kitchen to see if it really has resolved the issue. RUclips is a wonderful thing. Someone saves me every time.

Thank you for a great video! We’ve had our Delta faucet for 12 years and after cleaning out things under the kitchen sink the faucet quit working. Nothing. Thinking that it was 12 years old and probably just worn out, my husband and I were getting ready to go buy a new one. Just by chance, I decided to Google for troubleshooting on this faucet. I found this RUclips video and it saved us $$$. Great and easy step by step instructions. Thank you Brett!
