How to replace bushings | Acedeck Horizon

1. Flip the board over to access the trucks.
2. Use two 3mm hex keys to loosen the screws near the battery box.
3. Remove the screws and take out the kingpin.
4. Remove the hanger from the baseplate.
5. Use a 4mm hex key to loosen the screw holding the bushing in place.
6. Install the new bushing, ensuring it’s fully seated. Adjust both sides of the bushing to the same height using the 4mm hex key.
7. Insert the hanger back into the baseplate and reinsert the kingpin.
8. Secure the screws back in place and tighten them using the 3mm hex key.
Your bushing replacement is complete!
