The Dehorning (canon R7)

Stop Rhino Poaching.
I got to experience the dehorning for the first time. The experts remove the horn with a chain saw in order to protect the Rhinos from being poached. This was a mixed feelings experience. It was sad because you got to see the Rhinos lose their precious horn and at the same time exciting because their chances of being killed reduces. The sad reality is Rhinos won't have their horns dead or alive. Last year I got to see a new born rhino calf called Lesedi and this year I got to see Lesedi get her first dehorning. The hopes are this procedure works so that our Rhinos get to increase in numbers and never face extinction. Let's conserve our animals
