When it comes to homemade DIY's in the Ghanaian community here on RUclips you Madam is genius. The first time you made homemade sardines was when I knew you'll blow up. Oh yes!! I've never doubted your skills and talents. Sure most people love to cook and yours is pure talent. You're always researching and experimenting I can only imagine. Your hardworking, determination and consistency has brought you this far and I'm so very proud of you I wish I can give you a big hug 🫂 🤗. Good job 👏 can you share how to make fante kenkey one of these days please?

Great video i especially loved the application part. I love sardines with bread. I learned alot. As for canning, consider using a canning rack or a towel at the bottom of the pot. It prevents your jars from cracking since they do not have direct contact with the heat source at the bottom of your pot.

Awesome technique!...Nana your teaching is so meticulous, easy to understand and retain. Every recipe you share is "always" beautifully crafted, your choice of cookware and serving vessels from the beginning are spot-on. Thanks for sharing your love of cooking..sprinkled with your Mothers' wisdom. ✨❤✨
Nana...I have a request, if possible, please re-create/share your spice blends in unique glass bottles (you have an eye for such things!!). Bring the authentic "Taste-of-Ghana" to us. I would purchase.

oh mannnnn .... I was searching for sardine recipe from raw fish (most of the recipes are from canned fish) ... i landed up on this one .... Initially, I was horrified by truck load of oil being used ... slowly, as we progressed .... i realised that she is cooking for atleast 50 servings ... then came the application part .... i was floored ... I think this is the best PRACTICAL /DO ABLE sardine video on internet ... great culinary skills .... love from New Delhi.
