I was there in the beginning when the craze started and it was all fun and the youth loved it. Just like the 80s had big hair with their 🎶 music well this happened as well. I'm happy 😊 that even in remote places where daily life sucks that music can bring happiness to anyone.

Awesome, there is something so fascinating about stories from people who were at the epicenter of any new youth subculture or movement, no matter where or what. LA late 70s punk and new wave, UK rave scene in the late 80s/early 90s, this tribal + boots scene, etc. it’s inevitable they all eventually die out, or get too common and thereby “uncool” hehe, plus the next set of younger generations coming up move onto other things that are their own. But as you said, being there at the time was a worthwhile experience, so I always appreciate when people document these specific times and places, cause they don’t last forever! They’re records worth having for posterity
