      This is deeper than it seems. It’s our binding contract, legal document, and almost general statement as a nation.
      We lack the privilege of other nations that are based on a people group, on monarchy, or on some generational home land. So we need to represent our nation under a legal binding document. It’s a bit silly at times but the musical 1776 does a good job showing how this document was made.

      Aborting a human at any stage of development without their consent is murder. The problem is whether you actually value human rights or pragmatism in the situation.

If you don’t and you want to look for some pragmatic line I’m the sand “can he/she feel pain her?” Or something else than you believe their are in fact situations which justify infringing on the rights of innocent humans for the “greater good”

There are real world problems created by the birth of unwanted children that no policy proposal put forward by conservative politicians address. I think liberal states can most effectively move this wedge issue forward by refusing to perform abortions on any citizen residing in a state that bans it. I guarantee you, if they're forced to deal with the real world consequences of their bans, within 5-10 years those states will reverse them.

There is a reason that Trump is being demonized. When people finally wake up they will realize that their own party has been keeping them down with lies, good vibes and dangling carrots. @@markmills344Saying the government spends money on things on things it shouldn't is waaaay different than saying people shouldn't pay any taxes. I can't take any one seriously who thinks we should just get rid of taxes. That's the cost to live in a functional developed modern society. There's never been a civilization that's existed without taxes. Ever. it's ridiculous to even think their could be. Also if you didn't live an an advanced organized society with education systems and public utilities and a power grid and public roads and law forcement and a justice system, You wouldn't have the money and job opportunities this country has or the jobs available on the level they are. Everything doesn't happen in a vacuum or bubble. You need an organized developed civilization and a functional government and public infrastructure is a big part of that and those things don't exist without taxes.

Who decides when a ferus becomes a person. It's not a science question but one of epistemology. It's either matter forming itself or informed matter. Very few are talking about the negative impact on our culture and society having abortions. No one is talking about the men who wanted the child and were deprived. It seems that once we open the door, a crack on specific issues, we let the flood come in. I don't think humans can handle some actions, and we should keep the door closed on particular topics. Americans can't wrap their minds around their selfishness or their limits on morality/ethics. We tend to think we are these wonderful creatures and ignore the horrific things we are capable of. @@jjg1501The vast majority of Venezuelans don’t have any guns. That was one of the first things the regime took away from them. Even places like Afghanistan in the 80’s had America give them weapons to fight the Soviets. Who’s giving the Venezuelans weapons to free themselves?

    • @Venezuelangel
      @Venezuelangel 11 дней назад

      @@DynamicUnreal Venezuelans' incapacity to own guns goes WAY back before Chavez. I actually don't know a time in my (Venezuelan) country's history when it was legal to own guns. Maybe back when we were a Spanish colony, but back then we literally weren't even a country yet.
      Maybe you're confused with something that Chavez did during his reign which was to remove assault weapons from the police. This meant that the police would fight with nothing but handguns, while Caracas' organized crime had assault rifles and many other toys you would only find in video games. This action marked the beginning of the criminals' reign over Venezuela, as well as earned Chavez many votes from the criminals he had benefited. He did this because even though he had the military in his pocket, the police didn't like him, and he was a resentful, immature shit, from what I've heard from people who met him.

    Calling Mitt Romney a moderate Republican is like calling a Costco hot dog a moderate expensive meal. For what it is, “moderate” might be an appropriate adjective, but what comes after that adjective is just simply not a fact.

    • @jefftravilla
      @jefftravilla 6 дней назад

      Huh? Romney has been a traditional republican his whole political career. You’re going to allude to him being a RINO just because he stood up to Trump? Trump was a Democrat his entire life until he saw a major grifting opportunity in the Republican party because conservatives are more into authoritarianism and, due to being more driven by fear, are more susceptible to cultish hive mind.
