Great job, I am surprised Owen didn't ask for a pay rise once you were stuck up the tower :-) The clean up is one thing that people forget when they watch these type of jobs, same with PW, clean up takes a lot of time that rarely gets shown.

Hi. Do you have a set price for the different roofs. I.e terrace house, semmi detached and detached? Or, do you quote by meter sq? If so, how much per meter sq as a guide

Is tge stability of the tower good Ash without the stabilisers on?

I wouldn’t recommend using it without the stabilisers. I only did that in this super tight spot where it was basically supported by the walls on both sides.

Why not spray lichen first let it die and then pressure wash? Roof would come clean right away
