Yes you were I’m afraid. There is a right way and a wrong way to do this. Unfortunately there seems to be a lot of people buying the equipment without any real understanding of how to apply the pressure in a careful way.

I don’t discuss price on here, but yeah, it took part of 3 days in total. We include gutter cleaning and washing down the surrounding areas in our price.

is it true that if they have lead inserted on the ridge. it will eliminate abit of the moss growth
I think you are possibly thinking of copper? That is sometimes used on a ridge to stop moss growth.
Had the same thing with a roof we were asked to do because the survey had flagged up moss on the roof so we cleared it off for the customer
