Vivaldi is unique.There is something healthy in baroque music.I like to listen to it at the beginning of the day, it gives me energy and optimism. I can listen to him and listen to him....this is music that educates the ears and illuminates the soul, as my uncle used to say, who liked to listen to Vivaldi's baroque music....

I don't know, but to me, there really is nothing like the baroque period. It's not only the instrumentation (love those strings and harpsichord), but probably more so the liveliness. So much of traditional orchestrated music is rather staid and lacking dynamic, not with Baroque, not with my main man Antonio. Gorgeous, bright, and energized.

And they don't play classical music in churches. You wouldn't even fit the orchestra in that one. But I assume you are speaking of some fantastic imaginary place. I personally would be perfectly content to just listen to some of the fantastic old hymn tunes they would be more likely singing in a place like that.
