Yay! Thank you, Neva! These are such fun to make and I love how they turn out. When do we have time to make all these quilts we want to finish??? Happy Quilting, Lea Louise
it's funny but I'm watching this while working on potato chip blocks that I am now addicted to making. At least now, I know what I'll be working on next and another addiction in my future. I do like the use of a single fabric for the beak and will heed your advice about watching out for too much of a match to the background. Thanks so much for sharing!!!
Gosh, the fabrics are awesome! Now I crave rainbow sherbet! It's a good thing there is some in the freezer! Beautiful quilt, Lea Louise! Thank you! Marion
THANK YOU for the tip about cutting off the corners of the small squares. I made 120 flying geese blocks 4 at a thine and had to redo the tips of all them to remove the little pieces of fabric. I thought I did something wrong.
Thank you for your most informative and inspiring videos. I am a relative novice and appreciate your careful instructions and modeling. Love the colors.
This looks like the video I watched on July 6, 2024, where you did a Disappearing Nine Patch that made a Flying Geese block. Thank you or the tips about changing the background color, and for the tip about trimming the corner 3/8 of an inch before sewing.
You've stumped me! What is it - I can't find that on Google or Pinterest? It sure sounds interesting. I'd love to see a picture. Thanks so much for watching! Happy Quilting, Lea Louise
Love thus technique🙏😘 fun your fun!!😂

Yes, she mentioned that video.
So pretty!
Wonderful teacher, of the 4 at a time flying geese block.
❤ I love this! Just what I need for some material I've been saving.
This is brilliant!
IF the tips weren't bright blue, the geese would be invisible. Pretty as crumb quilt.
Hi, would you know how to make a “deconstructed” flying geese quilt block? Thank you!

What size is the larger square?
