how're you dealing with investors (if u have any) and customer discovery? i feel like balancing that and actual product dev can be super tough without teammates who can focus solely on one aspect of the product
what i find useful is to be hyper-focused on one problem at a time. measure everything and figure out the top priority to work on. this is how i think about investors and customer discovery as a solo founder. i'm only doing customer discovery at the moment so that i can find my pmf, knowing what to build, and get ready for outsized growth (that's when i'll start thinking about investors). does it help?
