I love that you leave room for artistic freedom in your tutorials that's my pet peeve in most other tut6they just give you a pattern rather than the skills and most times we don't have the exact yarn or fit the size they are making I think the main reason we watch is for ideas to make our own and you give us tools to do that and it is so much appreciated
I made this top a few years ago. I had some yarn left and starting to crochet sleeves into it using the 2-row repeat from the main front and back stitch pattern. It looks so good😊
Hi Elena a lovely top l have been looking for a. Nicetop to make thanks for all your hard work l am 69 year old and been crocheting since a teenager and have learned so much from. you your a great teacher xxx
This looks so beautiful, pattern and the yarn looks beautiful 👌😊😊I have started this for my daughter with the yarn I bought to make market bags. It’s coming out well so far, thank you so much 😊 love all your work 🙏🏽💐
Hi Elena, I love this pattern and will start it tomorrow. In fact, I love your tutorials which always feature interesting patterns❣Your instructions are very easy to follow which makes the projects fun to do. Thanks for sharing your skills and talent with us all 🏅💖🏅
This top is so cute. Differently going on my to do list. I think I'll use shawl in a ball since I have some on hand. Thank you for a very clear tutorial.
Hi Elina, I finished making the top oh are wearing which I hadn’t planned to do so because I didn’t have such pretty yarn that you have used but then I liked it so much I made it with the yarn I bought to make market bags, I turned it into an Armour like overall 😄But I can’t share the pictures here, just want to say Thank you for the videos 🙏🏽 😊
I can't wait! Gong to go through my stash!! So excited to make this! Can I go down a hook size or half a size at the waist and then change back at the hip??
Beautiful!!! I saw in the pic of the long sleeved sweater so I'm guessing that you do increases to create the "bell" affect and then reduce when you get to the wrist part...correct??? Thank you so much for your awesome & beautiful tutorials! You are an awesome instructor! Blessings!
Brooklyngirl In The Caribbean Thanks a lot! No, no increases at all. I just left a wider arm opening and kept adding rounds of mesh. Than finished with a few rounds of double crochets.
Hi Elena, I am making the front panel right now; but mine seems to get narrower (I have the same number of stitches) at the top. Any suggestions on how to keep it even? Thanks Btw, I love this pattern!
R. Lara I can think of two problems: - number of stitches - check if they are same; - check you tension. If it gets tighter, switch to a larger hook. Thanks for loving this pattern!
Hi Betty, I do all the time, I watch and write them down and also put the video in my favorites so I can refer back if need be. the videos usually last about 30 to 35 min so that's not very long. Give it a try, just pause it so you can get everything.
Hey there! How are you doing? I am Kathy by name and i would like to get to know you more if you wouldnt mind! I will be looking forward to your message. Kathy.
