Yooo honestly can see the amount of work you put in your videos and you deserve a lot more views man! Hopefully your channel blows up soon, keep it up !
Thank you so much Raiyan! I’m glad that you enjoyed the content. I’ll keep it up and come back with better content! Really appreciate your positive energy. Thank you~ let me know if you want to see any content around styles!
Your channel is a great example of well-structured information on an extremely interesting topic. it’s sad that there are quite a few views. please continue to do what you do!
While I don’t agree that muscular can only really pull off the workwear category I will say that there is so much more they can do with that category, hell if you look at the whole Taylor stitch and Filson catalogue, they would and could be able to rock every piece there.
Just stumble on your channel, really love the American casual/work wear aesthetic and have been slowly amassing some pieces. American casual though tends to be more expensive though and at my age its hard to spend $200 on much anything. So I was wondering if you had any tips for finding them or brands that have any American casual pieces for the low. Specifically the linen blazers. Thanks, great channel.
Best place would be thrifting. It’s hard to find brand new American casual clothes for around $200 but if you thrift, you might find an entire outfit for $200
Video was really nice, I know style is subjective but if people are trying to have a workwear style shouldn’t they wear workwear clothes? Not designer..? Doesn’t make sense to me..
Workwear doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s meant to wear when doing labor. It’s inspired from workwear. Same can be said for any military garments. Trench coats are military inspired, doesn’t mean that designers can’t make it
Tony, I appreciate the analysis you do when it comes to discussing fashion in the context of how different fabrics, cuts, and colors of clothing items can invoke different styles and moods, as opposed to just saying "this looks good and that looks bad". However, your perspective on the "ideal body"s for any particular style are harmful and perpetuate the existing culture worldwide of people being needlessly insecure about their height, weight, or any amount of other things. Not only is it harmful, it also just straight up doesn't make sense? "The taller the better for streetwear"? I vehemently disagree. While the same clothing article can definitely evoke a different look depending on the wearer, it's not up to you to decide what kind of body looks best in what style. Just let people try on clothes themselves and decide if they like how they look or not.
@@TheSecondLoft I like Hedi Slimane Style (Saint Laurent/Dior) Tom Ford, Gucci (Tom Ford/Frida Giannini) Giorgio Armani, Versace and Roberto Cavalli. Glam Rock, effortless Chic/elegant, sexy/Chic, Boho/Chic Italian/French style.
I'm probably the least stylish bloke around. I usually wear steel cap boots, knee length loose fitting shorts, a black t-shirt and possibly a flannelette shirt or jacket if it's cold. If it's really cold, I'll wear long pants such as jeans. I wear a cowboy hat when I'm out in the sun. I haven't worn anything different in the last twenty years. Just recently, I've started wearing some button up shirts when I'm out in public and it seems to make a difference to how people treat me. I'm thinking it might be time to actually think about what I wear and start doing it on purpose. I'm already married, so I'm not trying to impress anyone, but I do like the way people treat me when I dress slightly better. I'm about average height and fairly muscular, but not like a bodybuilder. I have long hair and a long beard. I'm nearly 40 years old. Any suggestions on clothing that would go well on me?
Wow that was an amazing story to read!! It definitely makes a difference in how people perceive. It’s the sad truth but everyone is judgemental to a point. I’m happy to hear that you were able to come out of your comfort zone to try new stuff! Have you tried polos? Those look formal enough with practicality. Especially if you’re a muscular man with facial hair, I find those to be a nice fit!
I got a bunch of second hand clothes given to me the other day. There was a polo shirt in there. While I didn't particularly like it, my wife seemed to. So I would consider wearing them sometimes. Thanks for the advice.

Do a video on people who are bigger.
Fashion style recommendations we need it
I'll keep that on my list
Can someone recommend where to look for something similar to the Linen blazer from 1:14 ?
Do you know what shirt hes wearing at 1:54?
I do not know the exact shirt but if you search big pocket shirts, you can find similar designs
